Easy and super excited for my print !!!!!

I have been pleased with the website. I’ve ordered from here before and was super happy

The process was relatively easy, the thing that went most on smoothly was the uploading and previewing of the picture. Seems like if they were a way to upload the animals face area to the background that you were considering selecting – it would’ve made my experience a lot better. If that were the case I could have spent a lot less time trying to find the perfect picture And could have probably selected a different backdrop, but seeing how I was in a crunch for time- Christmas- I did not have that luxury.

Vaste choice, good UX

I think that this is one of the neatest ideas for pets and the people that love them, out there! Thank you guys for being you!

Not perfect but overall very good experience.

Difficult to review at this time as I have placed an order but haven't seen the product yet. Received an update email which was appreciated. Will review again once I have experienced the full process.

The artwork came out great. The use of the website to upload photo and approve artwork was easy to use . The only problem is the communication afterwards . The artwork is a gift and I was never informed when it shipped and that it had been delivered. It was sitting in a mailroom for a week. I was never notified until I sent an email to check on updates on the order and received a response it was delivered. Luckily the it was still there.
