The website has tons of options, but there’s not much of a filter. For example, I’d like to choose “male,” the see Categories such as Military, Sports, TV, Movies, etc.

Great concept! They should not accept photos below a certain resolution, or at a minimum have a warning that the picture may be blurry, because the canvas is much less quality than I hoped. Maybe suggest dark background for the pet not green, as I can also still see green around the edges of my light haired dog. Wouldn’t recommend it as is now to others.

Straightforward website, mostly easy to navigate. I would separate posters from canvas so it’s less confusing (looked like redundant options at first) and I would give viewer the ability to preview their photo on the canvas before placing order.

Neat idea, and a conversation starting piece. However, a bit disappointed with how it turned out for the price payed. Proportioning of the head with the body could have been better.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because, your website doesn't accept all major credit cards - Discover. Ok, since I used my debit this time, but I use my CC more to gain points on cash back.

I was asked to give a review, and even a reminder for it before I got the product. They took my money as well as any company, I suppose, but have no means of knowing if it is worth the money.

I would like to be more able to see the portraits close up—for color and details. My credit card didn’t work because of something to do with international billing. That probably has nothing to do with you. When I got that worked out with my bank, my order still couldn’t work because it said my postal code wasn’t right. But it actually was. Had to bypass the website with customer service, which was prompt and helpful. They entered my order and invoiced me. My fault, but I failed to check if my discount code was applied—it wasn’t. Honestly, I am a repeat customer and I love my dog’s princess portrait. Everything about it is beautifully done. Otherwise I would have been frustrated enough to just give up and move on without making a purchase.

We were unable to see a preview of what our dog is going to look like. We could not decide between 2 outfits, and to not be able to see a preview made it much harder. We really hope we made the right choice.
