I ordered my Crown and Paw print on Dec 9 and have received no information on my order since. I got an email saying that I would receive a proof within 4 - 6 days, and now it is Christmas e=Eve and I haven’t received anything. When I go to my order, it wants an order number but I have received no email with an order number. I did get a link to a page that says “Your Order” and there is nothing else on the page. I am terribly disappointed with this whole process and would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

I ordered with the option to jump the creative queue. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have not seen a preview of my artwork. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have gotten no response. I would rather have had them reach out and say it won’t be ready by christmas instead of leaving me hanging. Awful service with no transparency.

My order has been sitting in the "sent to artist" for the past 2 weeks with no update. When can I expect to see a rendering and approve of one? I was hoping to get one before Christmas but that obviously isn't happening. THanks.

My package was supposed to be delivered to New Jersey. For some reason, my packages shipped from New York and is now in Texas arriving many days late.

Awful experience. Extremely delayed even though I paid extra for expedited service. No customer service line. No responses to emails. Might have to contact BBB.

I ordered a mug almost 2 weeks ago for my brother's birthday. Tracking my order and it's yet to be sent to artist. I even paid an additional $18 to "jump the design cue".. clearly didn't happen! Cute concept, but thoroughly lacking in follow-through. Sadly, I cannot recommend.

I was advised I would have a preview in 9-10 days. 14 days later, no preview and no response.

I placed my order 12 days ago. It has not gone past the first stage. It was ordered as a Christmas gift and tomorrow is Christmas. A family member will be without a gift :( . I have sent a message to Crown and Paw and received no response. Perhaps if there was some form of communication this would not be such a horrible experience but nothing. Very poor business. I hope they make it right. I am very disappointed to say the least.
