Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Great product.

Website was overall nice; however, I would have liked the option to denote this as a gift so that I could ship it directly to the person I’m giving it too without them seeing the cost.

Experience so far good.

I wish I could have included a note about a particular wish for our art work when I placed the order. Instead I had to send a completely separate email regarding the note I wished to attach to my order.

I have ordered four different products, and I have never been able to track any of them. Why do you even send an email for tracking it doesn’t work. I do love the product. The product does not disappoint.

The ad said free shipping today, and I had to input it on my order 3 times before it would take. There wasn't a number to call for help.

I am extremely happy with the ordering experience. Yet, I'm also peeved with the number of emails I have received from Crown & Paw, especially since I have yet to receive my purchase. I do not mind emails confirming or updating status; however, I do not want to be asked to rate/review an experience while the experience is ongoing. Four stars only because I am annoyed with the emails.

Excited to see. The only thing I didn't like, would have liked to be able to see my pet in different outfits. Wasn't sure if I needed to look straight or to side. Or what looked better. Was told, that if didn't work I would hear back within the hour to find another picture. Program should allow me to send multiple pics that I like, and you guys decide what works best.
