Would like to be able to get some sort of view of how my dogs would look in the design before having to commit to order. Other websites have this functionality and you should too. Also make it clear whether you rotate, straighten or touch up submitted photos. Clarify why I should pay $10 for a digital download.

Finally received my pet project, but not until after experiencing multiple issues with the website and payment platform. Reached out to Customer Service for help and received limited assistance. Finally after having to use a non-preferred payment method I submitted an order because I could not find a vendor with similar product. I was very excited to see my project and while the finished product is good, it was not great and failed to live up to the expectation. The payment hassle also factors into my review and is recommended that you enhance your e-platform, otherwise future business may be lost because of it's limited ability.

It turned out fairly well. They painted out my dogs teeth, which I wanted in pic. Not great match where blend of your photo and theirs. For the price, I expect better quality as you can see steaks of ink with printer quality low.

This is such a neat idea! I will be eager to see the finished product. The website is not intuitively user-friendly. There are too many rolling pictures; you can't enlarge the still pictures enough to see details; and there is not a feature that allows you to see how your pet might look in the costume. It would be helpful to have a feature suggesting what breeds look best in what costumes. With a little work this could be a great website! Thanks for asking!

I found the website confusing and lacking in instruction. I assumed (wrongly so) that I would be able to preview my photo using one of your templates. I wanted to try various pictures with your templates but you can’t do that so I feel like I’ll be stuck with whatever I get. I tried to get online help but pretty useless.
