The site was easy to navigate and overall a simple and pleasant experience. The only thing I wish was different is I would like to preview the portrait to decide if a different pose of my pet would result in a better end product. You could stamp preview across so people don’t just snap a pic to use and not order. Look forward to seeing my order soon as it is an anniversary gift for my husbands office.

I would have liked to see a preview of my portrait, to make sure it is what I wanted.

it’s definitely a cool novelty item. I got the largest size hoping to have it zoomed out where the shoulders would be shown but it was closer up. the head looks obv cut and paste. again, we love and appreciate the idea but it could have been better.

I didn’t see where to change the photo options. Now I have to call and change my order as only the general option was available.

The pictures look really nice and I’m excited to get mine but the website would not take my card. It kept declining. The customer service responded after I sent a second email and were really nice and helpful but I still could not enter my card in. I finally got my card to work when I set up a payment plan. Overall a good site but I’m really disappointed that the payment part of the site did not work.

I love everything about the company, the experience, the marketing, the price... but I was unhappy with the final product. The dog's head sizes are strange and the lighting looks really off. The off'ness is really startling. I feel like 5 more minutes of effort and it could look fantastic. I'm disappointed.

I wanted to give a gift card to a friend. It was annoying that there were only $25/$50/$100 options, and I couldn't choose my own amount. I wanted to send enough money for a certain size piece plus shipping, but none of those amounts match. In the end I ordered a $25 and $50 gift cards and received separate emails with a link for each one, which I ended up forwarding on to the recipient. I hope C&P will allow her to use them together...? Also, for the gift card, it would be nice (and make sense?!) if customers could provide an email and have the gift card(s) sent directly to the recipient.

As a marketing major, overall the website is pretty good. I do think it could be improved. I know people would love if they could see a quick preview of the art work once they upload the picture. The preview would need to be exact but it would give the customer an idea of what it would Look like. Definitely give the option to upload multiple pictures. I had a couple good ones but different artwork calls for different angles. If I could give you more photos that would give you more options to start with when editing the photos. Overall good website, love the idea. Super pricey. I’d love to order more in the future if the cost wasn’t so high but maybe I’ll be blown away when I receive my photos.
