Ordered a few weeks ago. Payed for expedited delivery and still haven't even recieved my proof to approve. Nor have I recieved any updates. But I get emails everyday rushing me to review their product and all the sales going on trying to get me to buy more stuff. I would like to wait to send a review, but since they are more concerned with me giving a review then updating me on my order I am forced to leave this.

After paying a ridiculous amount of money for a coffee mug plus extra to expedite, I still haven't seen a proof or gotten a status update from customer service. They are clearly overwhelmed with holiday orders and should have probably stopped taking orders at some point.
