Still haven’t received any sort of response from customer support. It’s been over 2 weeks.

Ordered November 30th and have yet to receive my order. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Process is taking a long time. Ordered 12/12 and didn't get yet!

Never received my order, no response or any updates

Bought my product on dec 1st. The website made it seem as though orders made before December 10th would be ready in time for Christmas. Not only has it not arrived, but both of my emails sent at least over 5 days ago have never been answered and my order is still waiting to be printed. Not even shipped. If u plan to order this next year or even as a gift, go to another site that gets their orders out on time or at least has the decency to communicate back to customers.

Paid the extra “jump the line fee” on Dec7th for 3 portraits. Still haven’t seen a proof for any of them. All I get from this company are emails asking me to buy more.

Ordered Dec. 5th, hoping to get it for Christmas. I would have even accepted the digital version. I totally understand that these are trying times. My email to customer service was never answered. I have however received 10 marketing emails from them. Its so frustrating to get marketing emails from a company every two days, and never hear from them about what you ordered. Christmas arrived today, nothing. Major bummer.

I ordered from them in November for a gift for Christmas. They clearly stated that I would have it at the beginning of December. Not until I went through many unanswered emails and finally demanded to cancel my order did they respond 5 days before Christmas. They, of course, stated that my order wouldn't make it in time for Christmas and "thanks for my patience." They also threatened to keep 10 dollars if I cancelled due to all the supposed work they already put in. I wish I has read the online reviews of this company before ordering. They have done this to countless customers. Terrible company and even worse customer service. I feel totally scammed.
