I tried to buy a gift card, and there was a glitch on the site that would only put $10.00 cards in the cart. I eventually realized I could change the denomination of the gift card once it was in the cart, but it was confusing there for awhile.

Love the simplicity, turnaround time, and art - great work overall Did not like that everything is done via email and would of liked a phone number to use for help/questions

I wish I could’ve seen a preview of what the portrait would’ve looked like I might’ve ordered more

The process was clear and easy to follow except the "with curtain" and "without curtain" options for the bathtub scene. I didn't see an example of "with curtain."

Relatively easy experience...there were so many options it took me a while to figure out where the product I wanted was. I also very much like that now those pets are added I can see all the products with those images.

Easy to shop. Looking forward to getting my product.

The site is easy to navigate. One thing that would make it better is an explanation about how or when we will be able to review the artwork. I make a lot of stationary and marketing materials online and am accustomed to previewing the artwork before I place an order, so I spent a lot of time trying to find how to do that. I finally decided you must be planning to send it to me, so I took a chance that you will send it.
