Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

filters could be better while it's helpful being able to use the existing filters on the site, I wonder about possibly including filters that communicate particular vibes - grave, whimsical, etc. - as another mode of searching. i felt like I needed to hunt through all of the options one by one to find something that fit the person I was gifting to.

I ordered on June 30th and when I went to get an update today it appears the process hasn't even began yet.

Quick to send proof (looks great) but no sign of the finished piece. Three emails asking me to rate your service. Hmmm would really like to view the final piece first.

Good…can’t wait to see it!

I had some problem navigating the site. I did not notice the information telling me I'd get a chance to review the art before final production so closed the order. When I went back in to order again somehow two blankets were on my cart and I only wanted one. I could not figure out how to cancel the one. I appreciated the response when I emailed a question and it was helpful.

I never saw an example of the mug I ordered and had to go through 3 valid payment methods before the Order went through. Why not accept the 1st and at least the 2hd valid payment method. Just something to ponder?

I thought I would see a preview. I also would have liked to upload a few so the artists could select the best option

There was no problem with the picture I submitted but there was with the outfit that I selected. Crown and Paw sent me the artwork in a different outfit and it was very difficult to see or enlarge. I had to request a change three times before I received an appropriate answer. It would behoove them to have a customer service phone number for direct access rather than to depend on an email. I also found it a bit tacky at the end of the order where they are requesting a tip for the artwork after spending almost $40.00 on a mug!
