We are still waiting for the paintings!! We only received the free bandana. We checked online and read the paintings sometimes can take longer so we’re not worried but we have an email saying delivery happened on the 7th when it did not. Only the free item was delivered. We spent 200$ for two portraits and have not received them yet.

Where do I start. I ordered a Christmas present for my mother who's dog of 16 years passed away. It was *guaranteed* to arrive by Christmas. I even foolishly paid extra money for it to expedite the service, so I would get it days beforehand. I emailed them frequently requesting for updates whether the portrait had shipped or not since it was "ready to print." It remained there for weeks and I couldn't get a hold of a single person. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me they wouldn't give me a refund. They only work through email and you're constantly going back and forth with a new human or bot (most likely). Not only was it incredibly aggravating and EXPENSIVE, the portrait was a pathetic job done by AI, I could've done a better job on my own computer! Save your money and yourself the hassle - shop literally anywhere else.

It’s been three days and I still haven’t received the proof.

They copy and paste your pet's face onto a photo, and charge you 60$ for the cheapest canvas version. Please don't buy from them, anyone with even minimal photoshop experience could make a high quality version of what you want. I've requested revisions around 4 times and each time nothing has changed.

Ordered an A3 poster. Took 2.5 months to arrive through multiple revisions and almost no real help. I was left basically on my own to sort out colour distortions, proportions, etc. Any request I made was met with a demand for $10 extra to fix it. When A3 poster finally arrived, it had printer lines all through it, meaning I can't frame it and the photo has been printed on a machine that is in need of new rollers. Moreover, it came in a tube that is way too big for the size of the rolled up photo, and with no protection, it arrived damaged on the edges due to postage handling. I now need to toss the photo sent to me and get the digital photo I paid $10 extra for printed at my own expense before I can even think about getting it framed. This is a gift for my bother, whose dog is about to pass away. I ordered this on 19 November 2022. It finally arrived end of January 2023. And basically, I'm still at square one. I now have to do all the running around to get it printed off and framed. Will NEVER use this company again. It's just not worth the time, effort and frustration to get something so simple right.

I got an auto-generated text telling me to "remember to approve your order," but I never got an order confirmation, and cannot approve the order without a confirmation number (which I also never approved). The whole process is confusing and there's too much automation.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for a revision. I want a refund at this point but have no idea how to even go about that. The last 2 orders have been a nightmare and no one responds to emails...ever! I've sent at least 6 with no response.

I never received my package when I tracked it it was tracked all the way to Monroe New Jersey I called UPS there after talking with y'all support I've done emailed back and forth they pretty much told me they think I was scammed because it does not have either the Texas address or my address that was on that package that I have the tracking number for that y'all gave me for I believe that y'all could do something like this to somebody my fur baby had passed away I trusted you all I chose y'all to Memorial him in that way with the picture of him on the socks and this is what happens and I cannot even believe this right now I've done reached out to support I don't screenshot all all kind of information for y'all to see what is going on even though you SPS lady said do you all need to contact them because damn it does look like there was some fraud going on that package has been all over the United States and this is the tracking number that y'all gave me I cannot even believe this y'all supposedly sent the package out January the 5th we are on January what the 26th I think I am heartbroken I just cannot even believe this this has happened I trusted y'all
