This site is a scam. They don't pay out for any of the surveys you do. You rack up enough cash to withdraw and then the payment "fails" and they take away all of your earnings. DO NOT USE. Waste of time.

I feel so foolish. This site worked for a while and I got rewarded. But they take a month to pay out Amazon vouchers and I racked up over £60 of payments, all of which then failed. Can you imagine how much work went into doing surveys to rack up that sum?! I am now locked out of my account with no explanation. I contacted support but they have ignored me. I would love to know what is going on because it was good for a while. I have a very bad feeling right now. UPDATE 6 OCT This was a bit of a saga. I have finally been paid out. The main reason for me updating the review was to single out the truly excellent support I received from Caroline at Crowdology/Savanta, Caroline was honest, patient and, most of all, helpful in sorting this all out. She is a superstar. For this reason, I changed my original 1star review to 5stars. It really is for her rather then Crowdology, who really need to do 2 things: 1. Have faster payouts, preferably instant like their rivals 2. Have better support from Cint, who appears to be the company that pays. Thank you Caroline!!!!!

Been locked out of my account for a few weeks now.Contacted support but being ignored.At least give me the reason for this. Update 9th Nov.Just had an e-mail saying Crowdology have flagged my review as they dont think it is based on a genuine experience.So they are basically saying I am lying about being locked out of my account.I have been asked to send documentation or screen shot too prove I am not lying.

I received my Payment from Crowdology. Thanks now if only I could sign into my account and continue earning on your surveys. I still have not received anymore surveys I use to get them multiple times a day in my email box. I couldn't any longer sign in please fix this issue. I love Crowdology, update is after I got back into my account using Crowdologys link I cleaned out the final funds in my account but I have not gotten any more email invites for surveys otherwise everything is fine.

Done surveys and got paid out contacted customer services to find out when the payment was due and they where very helpful and positive definitely recommend

Same as a lot of people I was told I had failed a quality check and was suspended. They said they would get me re-instated within a few days 2+ weeks ago. I had completed a lot of surveys with totally honest answers. I had two payments pending at the time of suspension, this would amount to about 15 surveys at least that they will have been paid for by the companies, straight into their pockets. Con merchants. EDIT: You tried to get Trust Pilot to take my review down. I gave them proof via a screenshot in order to get my review validated. If you have any problem with that take it up with Trust Pilot. Oh and threatening me with Cint (who you say work with you) and saying other surveys may block me has not worked. Yes I kept that email too.

Today I had a very bad experience with crowdology survey company. Honestly, I replied to every survey they sent to me but they failed to pay my rewards as they promised. I contacted its support team several times and they told they are aware of the issues and they are trying to solve it. Hope they are telling the truth. Because, today I tried to log in to my crowdology account several times but I couldn’t log in and it replied you don’t have account with us. I wish I listened to previous crowdology customers who they faced exactly with this issue after a while. So , I am waiting to see what they are doing for me, if they don’t pay my panel payment I definitely let you know to avoid this survey company and don’t waste your time with them.

Cheat on survey all the time excuses never add you money if the own but always taken so much error is Cheat company from US based in England I said you still did not pay me for IKEA and Tea surveys so it is £1.80 plus for two from open reach £2.40 So I can see the review from others and I am agreed with them
