They create fake job posts on job boards and LinkedIn. When you try to apply, it takes you to create a profile on their platform, where the job opening you originally saw doesn’t even exist. Then it goes like any other scam: they collect tons of personal information and give you lots of “tasks,” “tests,” and “video interviews with AI,” with the promise of better opportunities.
But it’s all just AI training tasks that you do for free (and I’m guessing they probably sell the data/results afterward).
So, just another one of the thousands of fake job search pages out there.

I would give it a Zero stars if I could. Total waste of time

1 star because 0 is not an option.
1 star because 0 is not an option.
Applied 3 times. Did assessments. Got rejected all 3 times with zero explanation.
If you are going to make candidates spend hours on tests, the bare minimum is to tell them why they failed. The lack of communication and respect for applicants is unacceptable.
Avoid this company if you value your time.

Complete waste of a lot of time doing…
Complete waste of a lot of time doing their ridiculous puzzles. Somebody with 2 brain cells got together with a good web designer to create this scam.

This was a terrible experience
This was a terrible experience. Cold. Pointless. Wasted my time. The job I was applying for had real promise, but once I got a few steps into the Crossover overreach experience, it made me withdraw any interest in that employer. The LAST thing I'd do if I was a company is hire these people to represent you for anything.

I didn't take the Cognitive Assessment at ALL but was rejected for scoring 67% on it?
I initially applied to an Analyst position on Saturday morning around 8 AM CST, and I received a green light to move forward. After answering the resume questions I received another go ahead to take the Cognitive Assessment. I took a deep breath, closed my screen, and went to the kitchen to cook dinner. I was exhausted, so I planned to take the Cognitive Assessment on Sunday morning after getting some rest. Well I opened my email box at 3 AM on Sunday morning, and there's a message there from crossover stating that my application had been denied. I dug deeper for reasoning, but their system would not allow me to sign in on my phone due to rejecting cookies. So I went to my computer. When I successfully signed on, the first screen stated that my application was rejected due to a 67% score on the Cognitive Assessment, and that score was too low to move on. Ughhh ....WHAT?! I never even took the dang assessment! I tried raising a concern to HR, but the bot just keeps telling me there's nothing that can be done, and he can't look into it anymore. Well this sounds like workplace discrimination to me, and perhaps I'll raise a concern with the government regarding the companies hiring and discrimination practices. I have all the proof and screenshots showing all of the steps and messages along the way. They gave me some video about seeing them again in 6 months.... yeah okay, lets see you in court.

You can pass CCAT + all assessments and still get rejected. It's normal
HEY THERE! My situation is a bit different from these other reviews. I did the following:
1. Applied to several jobs(4 by now).
2. Passed CCAT and aced all assessments with flying colours.
3. Unfortunately, received an email saying the hiring manager did not pass me for a review.
It would make life so much easier if I could know the reason why I did not pass for an interview because I am passing all the relevant assessments. This means I'm not giving up but still, make this easier for me.
One way or another, I will make sure I join this company. Nothing will stop me from earning those sweet high payments.
