I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. They answer their customer service lines right away and always resolve any issues professionally. I always get a great deal on an awesome phone. I am currently using my phone to work customer service from home for 8+ hours a day and it works well. I used to travel in the U.S. and abroad for work and never has any issues with service or coverage areas. National, international no problem. I know what my monthly service charges are consistently. Even working abroad.

I had always used AT&T, and the service and reception was fine, but their customer service was awful, as they continued to lay-off employees, turning to automated service that never quite pinpointed my reason for calling. Ultimately, I divorced AT&T after watching them make these enormous come-ons to new customers, but had nothing for loyal customers. 20 years and no percs, while I watched friends change phone service all the time. I had also begun to hear more and more about AT&T’s dirty political behavior. I switched to Credo from AT&T, and my bill dropped from around $130/month to $85, and has remained pretty darn stable as long as I have had the service. I can’t remember a single dropped call (I have the iPhone 7Plus, which I received for free, upon swinging up), and reception is consistently clear. My ONLY complaint is that (as of last time I asked, ~8 months ago) they don’t provide WiFi calling. I would have given 4 ½ stars, but couldn’t figure out how. A+
