I rate them at 0. If I was satisfied with them, I would expect them to take a payment once a month but these people took money twice May 7 and May 16, 2025. Then I learned how to unsubscribe by disconnecting my bank account. The only reason I put my account in, I was trying to get approved for the 100 dollars Ithey said I could borrow. So I would like to know what was the purpose for taking the 4.99 twice in one month for!!!

We use an automated system that reviews your bank account transactions and history to determine if you meet our eligibility guidelines. You can disconnect your bank account directly through the "Settings" tab in the Credit Genie app. which will terminate Credit Genie's services and prevent any additional fees from being charged. I've never had this app they are talking about , never knew there was one and I still don't know what 3rd party person they got my banking info from. I actually know someone else this happened to so please pay attention to your bank accounts!!

This app blows.. I have steady income, weekly paid, good credit. And I was in the need for just a small loan boost up to prevent from falling back after a main purchase. this app never approves me & I don’t know why. It doesn’t even tell you why .. I’ve waited after 24 hours and tried again with money on my account. And STILL can’t get approved. This app is and has to be fake. It draws in people to sign up and they know people aren’t going to realize they have a 4.99 fee to even just HAVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT LINKED. This app and any review stating they got a “loan” is FAKE. Don’t fall for this scheme people. I’m writing it here in black and white.

I do not know who these people are. They keep charging me

They are fast about sending you money but when they take the money out of your checking account, you can see it that day that it’s been debited from your checking account, but for some reason, it takes them five days for it to clear through automatic clearing house, which is ridiculous because I owned a business, I could deposit a check that night from a customer and that money would be in my account the next morning I don’t know if they’re using the Flintstones bank of bedrock or what but this is 2025 but everything is instant you’re so far behind. Are you using Windows 95 still as your system?

I’ve never used this app but they charged my account $25.00, I reached out to customer service who told me that the charge was an over draft charge from my bank when it is clearly not, it’s says credit genie on the charge. They said they would not be responding to the issue. They are scammers, do not connect your bank account or use this “service”

I don't know how I got roped into this one. I've never had the app and never used this company. For the last few months I've noticed this charge on my account since it was small I didn't worry overmuch until I counted it up . 17 charges for not one thing . I'm writing this review and then I'm filing a complaint. One thing I've learned about online companies is if they don't have a home number there's a reason. Such as they know they don't want to have to hear all the complaints about poor service or complete lack thereof

Never heard of this company and they got our card and charged 79.99. Fraud is being reported, this company appears to be a scam!!!!
