So after standing there and trying to successfully withdtaw a couple bucks at least I found out I couldnt so I disconnected my bank and tried another. And nope. This is after I have been charged to get any assistance. Then I tried to reconnect my main previous account and it says it can't for at the least a day. WTF. So now I can't get any bank account to link to it in the last 48 hours, and my loan isn't shown ng up., and this is the best part that's Fd up about it, the have no way to help me and they don't even have a phone number or a human being to understand my situation and resolve it. I paid off my previous debt to them, and another thing, they charge a additional 15 dollars to get a instant advance, when that all I was tryna do to begin with. And now once they figure it out which will probably never, they will go and charge me another 4.99 plus 14.99 for a short advancement, when I e be without for so long. It's pointless. Don't use them, it's hopeless, and a complete mess of a sham of a platform for a bad deal all around.

I applied for a loan a long time ago and didn't get approved out of nowhere $4.99 was toking out of my account I don't know why and how they are in my account but if I didn't get a loan from you why are you in my account that was a long time ago refund my money back and get the hell out of my account.

I have Dave and Cleo and they are great and I tried Genie app and I was grateful it gave me an advance. I tried to change my payment date and didn’t let me and then I tried to take a payment out twice and my card was locked so I left my card unlocked so we can get it money that I owe, but then it never let me get another advance and they got their money back. It makes no sense.I will just stick with Dave and Clea they have never left me hanging
