Dealer rating due to customer payments
When I came to the seminar, you gave a guy a big check for closing pools. Making me believe that you operated like that. When in reality, you loan to subprime, everyone gets approved, then you rate our dealership on the payment history of subprime people. Then you begin to take the money that is supposed to come to us for closing pools. When people come in to buy a car, we are not psychic. We don't know who will pay and who won't pay. Stop rating us on how people we don't know pay. Heck, you take enough from each deal, take 100$ out, and give it to us when the pool is reached instead of taking away our initiative to write more deals! Closed 3 or 4 pools now, and never got a check like the guy at the seminar. The reasoning behind it is that we don't know payment history. Doesn't even sound right!!
