Great ordering and delivery experience
Great ordering and delivery experience. Shipped and arrived by Christmas with white glove delivery being the way to go. Delivery team brought the VR TR2 Pinball machine to my second floor and assembled. Made sure it was working and good before leaving. I had an issue with the mechanical plunger on the machine that the tech support folks worked very quickly to resolve. Couldn't ask for better customer service after the sale.

The service was as expected
The service was fine. Things came as expected. I was not sure how the delivery was going to be but I have hand trucks and the package was delivered on a truck with a lift gate so it wasn't too bad.

The one on one attention
The one on one attention, you don't just get an automated email is amazing!!! The delivery guys are worth their weight in gild, making sure everything was perfect. Tech support on a Sunday that was easy to work with a stuck with it till the issue was fixed! You guys are an outstanding company that makes each customer feel like the most important customer!
