Just wanted to let you know how appreciated your product is. When my wife was young, her parents divorced, and her father went broke. When it was his weekend, they would make a point to visit the arcade, but he would give her only $1. My wife soon learned to get really good at one game so she could maximize her four tokens, and playing Galaga she could stretch her time to more than an hour. Well several decades later she was delighted to have her own customized Galaga. And you can tell she still has the skills! Though a bit rusty. And it was hilarious to watch her teach tips and tricks to the next generation. Anyhow, thanks for a great quality product, easy ordering process, great graphics and personalization, quick and easy shipping, and for helping her relive her memories. I love it :) full of fun

We received our cocktail table arcade unit last week. We love the "old time" arcade games we remember playing. Prior to receiving our unit I called Creative Arcades with some questions. They were very responsive and helpful. I feel comfortable knowing I can call upon them in the future, if needed. Very satisfied with the unit and customer service!

The customer service was incredible! We were kept informed as to the status of our order, including personal calls from Brian and the delivery team. Everyone was professional, the arcade was delivered timely, and it is amazing quality! Would definitely recommend and order again.

I recently purchased a small desktop unit for home use. There was an intermittent issue at first. I called for help. Brian and his team immediately responded. Fortunately, the problem resolved on its own the next day, so all is good. I was impressed with how quickly Brian and his team responded and really tried to work with me. Great customer service. I love these classic arcade games, I grew up playing them. I had a Nintendo unit before but that was nothing compared to this. The unit I bought from Classic Arcade has the look and feel of those machines you find in Chuck E Cheese, or Dave and Buster's. The unit was hand assembled, custom built, so don't expect it to be perfect. I found a couple of cosmetic flaws, but they're insignificant. I saw one customer mentioned the High Scores aren't saved. The High Scores are saved, as long as you don't shut off the system. Once power cycled, it gets reset to zero. I suspect the same goes for those machines you find at Chuck E Cheese. Maybe that's why we always see them powered on. I'm very happy with my purchase. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend Creative Arcades for delivering a high quality product and providing great service to their customers.

Overall experience was fantastic. The team was responsive to questions pre purchase. Delivery was great. Games are better than I could have imagined. I assumed it would be ok but it’s all the true games, graphics etc you would expect. Great for anyone looking to add a cool feature to your home that everyone will enjoy!
