I surprised my husband with the tilt top cocktail table. It arrived quickly (in just one week from order date) and was packaged securely. It was easy to set up since no assembly was required. I just plugged it in and turned on the power, and it was ready to play! The quality of the construction is excellent. It is very sturdy. The controllers are very responsive. The sound is good and adjustable. The game selection is outstanding. We will have to play this for years and years before we get through all of the games! I contacted customer service with a question and received a prompt response. My husband is so happy with his surprise! Thanks so much!

Very good customer service thought the whole process. Answers emails very timely, great sales support and tech support. Delivery was perfect worked right out of the box. Had some technical questions when we first started which were answered immediately.

So... I can’t believe it has ALL the good games, Galahad,Street Fighter, etc, 20 versions of each. Controllers respond perfectly! Graphics are better than I’ve ever seen them. Adjustable volume and bass is awesome! Neon awesome! Exceeded expectations, thank you!!!!

This child of the 80s cannot thank Creative Arcades enough for allowing me to bring my childhood nostalgia into my house. They were absolutely amazing to work with...from the sales department, to the owner, and the art department. I swear they've all been to the same "Harvard" school of customer service. I am in a wheelchair and they made some modifications just for me in order to make it work for me. Then the art department did a custom graphics package to work on the cherry wood unit. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else. I researched for several months before going with Creative Arcades and am so glad I did! Thank-you CA!!
