I placed my order on August 17 and provided the requested customs information twice. My order still has not been shipped or delivered. Customer support has also stopped responding. This has been incredibly frustrating. This company is a SCAMMER! DO NOT ORDER!!!

I really enjoyed painting this picture. It looked really nice once it was done. I decided to change the color of the sky to gray instead of black so I can see the shadow of the trees in the background and it was a good choice. The order came after two weeks with good delivery. I highly recommend this company.

I was not expecting much when I ordered but am very happy with what I got. Good quality materials to work with and good packaging. A few tips don’t throw away the reference sheet because if you paint over any numbers unintentionally you can’t undo it the paint covers that well. Don’t immediately paint the space next to a wet area. Use a brush of a suitable size for the area. I have an unsteady hand, so take your time and it will come out well.

Excellent quality. Shipping is a bit slow so do plan ahead. I like that it comes with all the paint, brushes and a paper with the image for occasional reference. I picked a design based on a future vacation so it helped me look forward to the vacation and will be an perfect for bringing back memories too.

Delivery took far to long and was virtually untrackable. Purchased a 48 colour canvas and am extremely disappointed. Numbers missing on canvas, some paints too thin or too thick. Overall appearance is disappointing despite my neat painting. Will not buy from them again and certainly would not recommend. Also bombarded me with review requests despite only receiving my canvas a couple of days before!

Product was purchased as a gift. It arrived with one paint pot obviously missing from the tray - conspicuously absent from the middle of a row. This company needs better basic quality assurance practices in place.
