Today was the first time I visited the restaurant. Was busy and first impression, must be great food. Wrong. The worst meal I have ever had in Arkansas. Waited over 30 minutes before meal came. Was cold and missing item ( slice of ham) did not get refills of coffee or drinks until meal came to table. Hash brown casserole was raw and bitter. No apologies from waitress. Will not be going to Cracker Barrel in Bentonville again. Paying check was another experience in itself. The store jammed with displays, people wanting to pay their bill were confused where to get in line. It was a mess. Where was the manager???Because of this experience, This was the first time I did not leave a tip.

I had dinner at the Cracker Barrel on Crittenden Dr. Sat. Nov. 19, 2022. The manager Hunter was very efficient and patient with my party of 8. I give him 5 stars for his management, He deserves a big raise . Ashton was our server and did a great job too. Very pleased Customer!! I plan on returning again soon.🤗

today is my birthday, my mother and grandmother decided to treat me to lunch. I visited the Ridge Rd location in Wichita, KS. Brenda the waitress was horrible. She served my table cold entrees and forgot my mother and grandmothers sides. She displayed an attitude as though she was disturbed by them asking for there food and ketchup. She did not smile, she rolled her eyes and walked off. My mother waived down "Flor" the manager and we shared our discretion, she offered a new order of food and a new waitress. The new waitress came over to ask us what we needed with a smile and removed the appetizer plates from the table and Brenda jumped in front of her to remove dishes off the table. My mother advise her that she did not need to come back to our table as she was no longer our wait staff. Brenda smirked and with a very condescending tone said, oh...im sorry...and walked off. She returned more than once to antagonize and stare at us and purposely walked around our table staring at us talking under her breath. there was no correction in this situation what so ever. Other than the new waitress that finished our table. It is my damn birthday today. I am so disappointed with this staff. I read all of the Diversity and Inclusion programs you have put in place and I feel that Brenda may need some training or fired for blatantly being racist. Flor as well. They were not interested in making the consumer feel important. The feeling of this visit was more like a annoyance. Please correct this issue. I would also like to add that the portion of food and the way it was presented was very undesirable. Plain disgusting. My mother and grandmother should not have been charged for cold food and watered down iced tea. I have noticed a decline in Cracker Barrel over the past few years. Things like favorite menu items that are no longer offered, quality of the food and service. But my visit to the Cracker Barrel in Perrysburg, OH was my last. We asked where our food was after waiting over an hour. My food was brought out cold and we were informed that they had not even started on my wife's food. So we will not be stopping at CB ever again!

Text suggested 50 minute wait, actual wait 1 hour 40 minutes. 15 minutes to order. No soup. No chicken. 30 minutes and still no food. Serious management problem here at the Linthicum Heights, MD store.

Medford, Oregon. The CB of 2022 is vastly different than a few years back. Plates of overpriced sadness. Positive: *Server was great. *Restaurant was clean, including the restroom. *Store (not restaurant) has good selection & decent prices. Cons: *3 menu choices, provided they have anything. *Food slopped all over & tepid. *Gravy was floury yuckiness. *Dumplings were stodgy strips that required a knife. *Eventually found the chicken. * $4 cup of coffee you could see to the bottom of the cup?!

Sick and tired of going to cracker barrel in butler township not getting what I want, paying big money for breakfast. I take the entire family, all get unkie hershels favorite with all the fixins. All I ask for is a large bowl of grits with my breakfast. Grits are dirt cheap, but they won't bring me a cereal size bowl of grits. I end up with a mid sized bowl of grits. I have stopped going to cracker barrel. Hard to believe they have drawn a line in the sand, oh well, their loss!

We went to the Crackerbarrel on Shackleford in Little Rock. It was about 1215 on Monday. There weren't many people there, but 4 couples were waiting to be seated. We were standing by the kiosk in front of the "hostess". She never acknowledged our presence. When she was ready to seat the others, she yelled across the store their names., then became upset when they didn't seat themselves. Each time she seated one of them, she came back grumbling. She finally seated everyone, came back grumbling that she didn't even know why was there, that she was "better than this". We were still there and she put her hand as if she was shielding her eyes head down as if she was reading something on the podium. We waited 5 more minutes and left for the restaurant next door (still unacknowledged).
