I am missing a side and extra small pancakes during my online order experience! I love eating at this Crackle Barrel, but can't trust their online orders to be accurate, and today we add the super small pancakes. Who handles their online ordering QA? When I eat in the servers do an amazing QA, but it is like they don't care about the carry-out customers. I guess I am a sucker for continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Our food was cold and old and was not properly prepared. My wife ordered the hamburger steak (well done) but had to be sent back because it was pink inside. The hamburger steak was nothing more than a 1/4 pound burger reheated, and her loaded sweet potatoes turned out to be a marshmallow and a clump of cinnamon butter that never melted. My baked potato was reheated from the refer and tasted cold and hard. The butter and sour cream never melted and I sent it back to be heated up. more. We were asked if we wanted our steaks smothered with gravy and grilled onions. When it came hers had a spoonful of gravy and the onions were scorched a little on the edges but raw. My onions were sliced raw about a 1/4 inch thick and put on top of the spoonful of gravy. This is absolutely the worst Cracker Barrel meal I have ever experienced. This was in Brighton Michigan and I will never stop there again. By the way, they were not busy at all, as this was at around 3:30 pm.

Food was cold and tasteless, I will never go to this restaurant not even if I get the food for free. I have diarrhea…they also have very bad service very unorganized. Bad experience. I wish I could get my money back. I work hard for my money. I give it a 0 rating.

Recently we went to the Amarillo location to eat lunch. We arrived around 11:50 am was seated right away. Server came to table took our drink order then came back to get our food order. Food order was placed we sat there and waited until 12:40 other tables that came in after us received their food we were still waiting decided to go elsewhere. Went to check out to pay for drinks. Manager was call she advised me that our food was ready I told her we had been waiting for 40 minutes for food. She said the order wasn't turned in but 15 minutes age. I explained that we had order before that. She didn't seem to understand. Very disappointed in service by server. If she had told us that she forgot to place order we would have stayed. People make mistakes and I understand that but we were lied to.

The service was ok, nothing special, and they didn't return to ask if we wanted more of our drinks. As we were heading out, in the corner of my eye, a bloody cockroach scattered across the floor omg I died even during the day with the lights on eeeekkkk. I won't be dining there ever again.

U need to really get rid of that Guest Relations number if no one is going to answer it. I even called when u first opened up the same recording is always on it. Finally, I got another number which said leave message for a supervisor to call. No one called. When I called back the person on the phone tried to get smart with me.

Port Charlotte, FL. Despite calling ahead for our party of 7, when we got there they had no record of our calling ahead. It ended up being a 2 + hour wait to finally get our food. Many people came, ate, and left before we were served. The waitress was pleasant, informed us that it was really busy in the kitchen, but when our food arrived it was luke warm, like it had been sitting out for a while. Certainly wasn't worth the wait or the price.
