Today I ordered a meatloaf meal for Uber delivery from 18151 Katy Frwy, Houston, Texas location. I should've ordered fast food instead. The meatloaf was topped with ketchup and I'm not sure what kind of cheap meat they used. Big waste of money!!

I would give Cracker Barrel a higher rating but just this last year, they decided they should start offering alcohol to customers. So now, on the front cover of their menus, they have all the alcoholic beverages displayed as though that's the most important offering they now have, so disappointing and disturbing! Then they have a little tabletop ad with alcohol on it, ( I always take it off of our table). Is Cracker Barrel turning into a little bar now? They claim to be successful, but what they are really succeeding at doing is putting their customers at risk, causing them to leave the restaurant impaired and possibly be in a serious accident. This also furthers young people's opinion of alcohol, thinking it's more acceptable and turn some of them into alcoholics. They certainly have enough challenges in this reckless society without Cracker Barrel adding to their woes. Cracker Barrel needs to re-think and find another way to garner in revenue rather than misusing the public for their ill-gotten gain.

Love that Cracker Barrel is starting to add more plant based options to their menu!!! 🌱 I haven’t been there in 6 years since going vegan! I will now be stopping in again! ❤️

I just had dinner at The Cracker Barrel on Chaffee Rd. in Jacksonville Fl. and my waitress ( Haley ) was GREAT!!! Such awesome service and one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. My food was good too! Just love their bacon here.

Just tried to have dinner with my wife and father in law at the Cracker Barrel at New Halls Ferry Rd and Hwy 270 in St Louis county Missouri. Let me start by saying they were approx 40% full. Not busy at all. Sat down in our seats at 5:04pm by a nice young host. At 5:20 my wife and fil started asking if we should leave. At 5:27 we left not even a hi, I’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. By nothing I mean no drinks, no hey there, nothing. Been going to Cracker Barrel for a long time but will never visit this one again. We watched waiters/waitresses come and go to all other tables.

30 minute wait to be seated and then forced to wait another 26 minutes before I begged for a manager. If you were not prepared to serve us, why seat us. She stepped up and took our drink order only to have the waiter bring my wife a cup of coffee in a broken mug. Clearly it was evident as his entire tray had coffee on it. Still dropped it off and left it. Got seated at 11:05 been here since 10:27. Still nothing but coffee and water. Mind you everyone directly after us have already begun eating. My wife is working remote and totally inconvenienced. Do I still tip? How much you wanna bet on top of not having the menus item we came for that the order comes out wrong? Only 1 Cracker Barrel in a black neighborhood in St. Louis and I swear I wish it wasn’t. We try to patronize businesses in our area but for this exact reason we prefer paying more and driving further for better service. This place should close. If you can’t service the customers correctly close the doors. Chalk it up because this one harms your brand. Your brand is full of great historical racist attitudes but the service was always impeccable. Food cooked fresh and had a decent price point. This place here is garbage even for the fools who keep patronizing a place that has little to no respect for the consumer. Where the hell do you go and wait 1.5 to eat pancakes and sausage that’s not full to capacity. 1201 food arrived. Food placed at all the wrong places. I’m done
