I’ve ordered the same meal at every Cracker Barrel and this was the worst I’ve had, the eggs were cold, the bacon crumbled when I touched it, the sausage overcooked and the ham a little bigger than a silver dollar. I will not recommend eating at the Yuma, Az restaurant to anyone

First the corn muffens we like little rocks and cold, my fish was over cooked, the hash brown casserole was under cooked the potato was crisp. I picked a little couldn't finish. My waitress was great. At check out the poor woman couldn't stop coughing

Worst meal I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. First try we’re out of several things we wanted. They brought our potato out about 15 minutes before our meal so was cold when our food came. Finally got our food which was bland and we finally had to ask for napkins. What’s happened to CB. Used to live them. 🥴

well, I know for sure we will never go back to our Crackle Barrel in Rockford IL. Got there at 5:30, ordered our food right away, people came in after us were getting their food. after asking where our food was, the waiter said it will be right out. 1 1/2 hours later , we finally got a manager. VERY RUDE! she left our table. and we saw her go back into the kitchen. foot then come out.. COLD! , and some of it was not even what we ordered, that when we got up and left. we were not the only ones walking out.the table next to us asked me what was wrong, told them . they got up and left also worst meal I ever seen. will never go back.. stay away if you know what's good for you, wish I could not leave a 1 star.

False advertising this is the worst place ever to order food i ordered country fried steak and it came out dry tasteless minced meat !!!!

Our waitress Brianna at store in Cordele Georgia was so perfect & good. She was knowledgeable of everything. Her service was excellent & great. We had 17 people in our group & she took care of all of us in such a professional manner as it was a million dollar restaurant. Here quick & appropiate service was perfect. She talked with us & made great conversation & we had good meals also. You need more servers as Brianna to work at Cracker Barrel Restaurants to continue the great restaurant it is to serve every where you have Restaurants. Brianna’s service, hospitality & charm was such a blessing to have as it made our meal even more better & enjoyable to be there. She should be highly given a 5 star Generals awards for her great service & care of customers. We are here every morning Thursday thru Saturday & Saturday night for our meals. She is the best. Continue hiring servers as Brianna & you will improve your restaurants to the top best in the country as servers of Brianna’s quality are few & far to be found in any business as people are aware of in todays time. She GM has a bright future ahead of her in her life of peoples relationships in whatever her career takes her to. God Bless her & yaw better take good care of her & continue the great service. This is from the racing crew that was at Watermelon Speedway for the weekend show.👍🏻🙏🏻😇. We even invited her to sit down & eat with us as we would have bought her dinner also in meal she wanted. Waited half hour to get seated then 20 min to get a server then 15 min for coffee then 40 min to get Luke warm food . Sausage Pattie’s were the worst Dried out I ever had . One cold egg was hard the other was almost hard. I asked for over easy. Took another 10 minutes to get the biscuits and gravy which finally completed our order. Almost 2 hours to get the worst breakfast I have had in a long time.Used to be good . No more for me.

Worst company to work for .. do not even attempt to try work for them., they discriminate, they do not provide adequate training and when you request additional training you get fired for it
