We built our house and modified our contract not to include the monitoring service. Later we signed up for the monitoring service with no contract. They filed our first contract and not the modified contract and are still charging us for the monitoring even though we told them the service is no longer wanted. Still trying to charge us! Would not recommend this company. Beware!!!

They attempt to take financial advantage of their customers with every possible opportunity. I recently received a bill for a technician visit (at at charge of over 100.00) after I had paid at the time of the visit with my credit card. The tech's "repair" still left the problem unsolved but I decided to deal with is opposed to paying another 100.00. They attempted to lock us into a 6 year contract when we were moving to a new home recently as well. Will certainly NOT use their services as soon as the contract is expired.

The alarm system is excellent & would have received 5 Stars but the only draw back is that the Control Key Pad doesn’t have an RED or Green Indicator to Report if the System is On or Off unlike other Alarm Systems Key Pads on the Market.You have to walk Up to the Key Pad to see if it reads On/Off.

Too expensive for what you're getting. Doesn't have garage/camera monitoring added to applications. Online customer service never responds to their tickets either.
