Mr. Nilson Hernandez called before arrival. He was punctual. He was very professional, courteous, and informative. He explained the working of the system panel, and changed the batteries. He was very patient in spite of many questions from me. I am very happy and satisfied with him overall. CPSS must have more techs like him. Dr. C.
