Technician Nilson Hernandez he was very informative of the product and has the knowledge to explain every step of the process

Materials seem excellent although light switch not working as programmed. The door bell camera is excellent. The men talked very loudly and sometimes about personal stuff I didn’t care to hear. They left a mess on the floor from drilling a hole. Not a big deal for me, but other customers may not like that. They were 2 hours late. My app worked yesterday, but today is looping back to I need to verify my email and not letting me set my alarm. It was working fine yesterday. I’ll call Monday and get it fixed. Would have been nice to have a handbook.
