Support Staff- (Iva R) was very informative on the available CPAP machines that fit my prescription needs. She graciously walked me through each machine and the variations. Once I chose my Air-Sense 10 Auto and added the accessories I was set. I found Iva R a pleasure to work with, and with the tone of her voice, a very compassionate and caring person.

Have called many times and all the operators have been extremely nice. The last one Daryl went above and beyond to make sure my order was processed appropriately.

For two days my wife and I been trying to get my prescription to you.. my previous doctor setup road blocks at each turn wanting me to do another sleep-study. (Money, I figure) I finally was able to get my prescription and each time I sent it. It was not legible. Darry C. an Awesome Soul! took the time for me on the phone while I got a legible prescription he could cipher. Daryl C. thank you so much.. what you did is, no two ways about it, "CUSTOMER SERVICE."
