Over the top Customer Service
Korinne walked me through how to order a replacement elbow for my mask. And she had to repeat it...and was happy to do so. Extremely knowledgeable about the product, and it can get complicated, but she was clear and happy to go the extra mile. I can ask for her, I learned, and I will do that next time. If you find a rep at CPAP you love, ask for them every time and they will call you back.

Friendly, Informative and Helpful
Though i was on the phone with Layne for almost 2 hours, she was very patient, cordial, helpful and very informative. Because of her, I was able to purchase what I needed at a discounted rate. She is a great asset to the company.
