I purchased the AirMini CPAP machine to be used during my overnight flights. My first experience was the air coming from the CPAP machine was too dry for my comfort. When I got home, I did some researching on their website and found 2 masks that will solve my problem. I called customer service and Ms. Korinne listened to my problem. After asking me a few questions, she offered me a third mask alternative which works the best for me. In addition, she found a better promotional discount than what the website was offering. I am glad I called their customer service who found the better solution for my issue and a better discount.

I returned a defective machine that i bought less than 8 months ago, at my own cost. When they received it, they denied my refund or exchange. stating it was working fine. It is not. i am a long cpap user and i had to buy a replacement because my i could not wait to sleep. Will never buy again, avoid. No service. No warranty. Now they have my defective machine and my money.

Daryl C. was extremely helpful in explaining to me why I was having an issue. He offered a couple solutions to correct the problems I was having. He listened, he was polite, and he was patient with me. It was my pleasure to talk to Daryl.

Bought a Transcend minicamp machine did not like the fact that it does not sync with Mac or iPhone also very noisy. I contacted comp.com and they do not allow any returns on machine. Terrible customer service. Use someone else!!

If you have any problem with shipping CPAP won’t help you. CPAP said 3-5 days to ship to my address. That’s great. After two weeks I had not received my two expensive orders so I call them and they say it will be another two weeks because it’s sitting in California. I really need these supplies now. They won’t make it right. They only offer for me to contact fedex and work it out myself. To pay more money to get it sooner. Unbelievable! I asked if they could expedite the items in a new order, and I would return the other order when it arrived. They said no. Unbelievable! Don’t trust what CPAP says. They don’t back their own words.

Steven was very patient working with someone who is a new CPAP user. He asked the right questions to identify which unit and masks would work best for my needs and budget. He explained how to use and clean the equipment. Also made sure I had enough supplies for several months of use. Payment and delivery were quickly set up along with a personal account. I would highly recommend CPAP.com for all your sleep apnea needs. 5 star customer service which is very difficult to find these days.
