CozzyhomesReviews of cozzyhomes.com

Hello I am a American this company displays covers quilts blankets you name it for a high dollar price but the stuff is super cheap and falls apart within the 1st week they. Literally $100 and falls apart in less than a week the bedding tears up quick its thin and doesnt keep you warm it does it fit to size if you need a queen size get a king size if you need a full size get a queen. If you need a king dont order they literally suck and wont refund a darn thing. Foreign ppl always scamming Americans . Sick of it ....DONT BUY. MAD CUSTOMER. IVE EMAILED THEM 4 TIMES AND NOW THEY JUST IGNORE ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE PERIOD ION CARE HOW CUTE IT IS....ITS FALSE ADVERTISING...COVER DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE WHAT I ORDERED SMH

Rating is regarding how the merchant does their payment transactions and not the item I purchased: My experience has more to do with the way they process payment. The post on my credit card will be LIXGIFTCO CO merchant and the line item will say PAYPAL. 1. The order was not recorded under my paypal account when logged in. 2. it took paypal 45 min and a return call to find enough information regarding this merchant so that I may determine if this was a valid purchase. 3. My credit card had nothing more than paypal's number when investigating the purchase. I wasted over an hour trying to determine if the purchase was valid. This should be easier than they make it. If the company wants to look fraudulent then it's doing a darn good job of it. I haven't received my item yet but I will return when I do to at the very least qualify the quality. Jeannie

Never received my order. I contacted customer service multiple times with no response. Do not order from cozzyhomes

Ordered a blanket for mom a month before Christmas it finally arrived today 12/20/21, It's a cheap piece of crap ,very poor quality. I paid 90.00 dollars for a 10.00 dollar blanket .Now I don't have a present for Mom on Christmas. I'm going to take the loss because I've seen in other reviews there is no phone numbers and customer support is non existent. Don't waste your money with this company.

Alexander is worthless you get no where with this company! I ordered a hamper thinking it would stand up like it shows in the picture it does not stand up and it was broken very poor quality and it looked like crap! I also ordered a so called cover and it's super thin cheap and not the size it shows on their size chart so we have been emailing each other every morning and get no where with that worthless pos!!! I guess bc they mailed me a broken item and wrong size I have to be out of money for crappy items and explain to my daughter why she don't have those Christmas gifts....would not recommend this cheap worthless place to anyone your better off to shop at the dollar store before cozzyhomes!!!!

SCAM!! do not order from this company. Still awaiting a Christmas gift that was ordered in November. Speaking to the same guy, Alexander that says the package is on the way. When i try to track package, it is untrackable and order is not found. I have no idea if i will get my son bedspread or if i just lost 85.00

If I could give this company a minus I would. I to am dealing with a Alexandra. Yes this is a Hong Kong company! I tried contacting this company many times with no answer! Scam and fraud! Contacted my card and canceled payment! Received two pieces of crap and want to send back. Guess what it took over thirty days to get to me now because of return policy it’s not valid also shipping to return would be outrageous. Do not do business you will not like the product they are producing from those poor people whom work in their sweat shops! Products look good on website but far from what you get!!!!

This company is a joke, do not buy from them. I also ordered what was described as a blanket, bed cover. What I received was 2 sheets sewed together. I have been going back and forth with Alexander who is telling me I can’t return. I paid $70 of my hard earned money for this crap. I tried to go back to website and it is currently ‘unavailable’. Again don’t buy from this company!
