CozzyhomesReviews of cozzyhomes.com

Said this was a "sherpa" blanket. It is paper thin. Paid $60 but worth maybe $10. Cheap crap. They have to manipulate their reviews. Ripoff company that appears legit.

I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.

They said I would have my quilt by now. I asked for the tracking number and who the carrier was and I never got that information. I have sent numerous emails to them and have yet to receive any follow ups on where my items is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This was suppose to be a Christmas present but NO!!!. I had to go somewhere else to get the gift.

This company is a scam. It rook 2 months to get it. It wasn't what I ordered. The graphics on what I did get were blurry. Junk.

This company is a full scam! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OUT OF HONG KONG. The sheets I got from them were so cheap and bad looking. They said they would only discount me back 15% ??? or i could mail it back to Hong Kong which I did but guess what? The address is fake! I am now out an additional $67 because of mailing. Watch out and don't get scammed like I did. Also they put up fake reviews here.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven’t even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still haven’t received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.

I'd give a zero if possible! I ordered a quilt ser back in September and still have yet to get it. They were nixe at first and responded promptly, but ever since I've asked for a refund due to never receiving my items, they no longer reply to any of my emails and I have yer to hear back from them as of two weeks ago. So I'm now awaiting a response from PayPal and I've reported this company to BBB. Alexander is whom I had spoken with.

I would give a ZERO if I could ! Took over a damn month ; “customer service@ was great on replying until I received my “item” that was NOT as shown or stated and asked for my money back then got total silence ! I reported as fraud ! DO. OT BUY FAIR WARNING !
