Awful Company. Ordered GRUNGE OLD LEATHER curtains. "ELIMINATE 100% LIGHT - Great for daytime sleepers, children's rooms, and nurseries." Not even close to eliminating 100% of light. Refused to refund my money unless I sent them back to Hong Kong. Despite sending picture, they refused to acknowledge their curtains didn't work. Filed claim with PayPal and they offered only $32.37 USD refund on ORDER OF $112.77 USD "IMPORTANT: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident you will love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, our customer service team will work with you to make it right!" Not true from my perspective

I ordered a bedding set with Conforter with forest scenery on November 27, 2021 for Christmas. It took over a month to get it. Plus I had to contact the company to get shipping information. That was my first red flag.. I was expecting a full size cozy  Comforter set with forest scenery from Cozzyhome. What I received looks like 2 sheets poorly sewed together with a zipper on one end. There is no filling between the sewed together sheets?  It dose has a forest scenery but the picture used has been stretched so much its distorted. Plus It's very poor quality. I could have done better buying it at the dollar store. The quality would have been better. The cloth used is very thin and rough it not even micro fiber. Probably has a thread count of 100. Very disappointed with Cozzyhome quality products. Same with the two pillow cases made from the same crap materials and workmanship. It feel bad against your skin. I contacted Cozzyhome and their customer service sucks. Their response was a form letter email, somthing they send when they get a complaint. It basically said send the package back and they would refund me 15.00 and a 50% discount coupon for my next purchase. Plus I pay the 60.00 shipping to send it back. I went to PayPal to try and get a refund with buyer protection. I had to file a complaint and PayPal would follow up. At this time Cozzyhome has not responded and i still have this bag of rags.

DO NOT order from this company. You will not get what is on pictures. I ordered 3 comforter sets with bedding and the send this huge sheet that I have to put cotton in myself to make it a comforter. I asked for a return label because I was not satisfied and they never replied back.

I ordered a bedding set for my daughter through Cozzyhomes and was very dissatisfied with my order. The order took 2 months to receive and the item was not as I expected. I thought I was ordering a bedding set. The picture and title of the description stated that it was a bedding set but when I got the order it was a duvet cover and was very cheaply made. When I tried to return the order customer service only wanted to refund me 20% because on the very bottom of the page the item was described as a duvet cover. I did not scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to read the item details so was apparently in the wrong for not seeing the fine print. I eventually recieved a 30% refund because I did not want to accept 20 %. My only other option was to send it back to Hong Kong to get a full refund of 70 dollars. I will not be ordering from this company again and feel like I wasted hard earned money for junk. I will research where the product is coming from next time.

I decided to take a risk and order bedding from cozzyhomes.com because they were offering the tufted velvet jungle print queen sized set like one my daughter saw years ago at Target by Opalhouse. It was to be her birthday gift and although it arrived in time, I knew I was going to be disappointed being the package fit into my mailbox. Sure enough I was not happy. It was not velvet and the backing was a completely different color material than what was shown online and did not match the front fabric at all. I contacted customer service via email and they responded promptly given the time difference in China. They asked me to send pics, then they apologized and offered me a 15% discount to keep it. I told them I would not use it and wanted to return it...only to find out the next day that shipping it back would be very expensive and offered no tracking to guarantee delivery. Lesson learned the hard way...thank goodness I used PayPal to process payment.

Terrible product. Does not fit on a twin bed. Too wide and short. I wish I could add a picture. Don't buy.

This is a fraudulent company. They are a scamming website. Do not order from them unless you like having your money stolen

I had read some of the reviews about the quilts being thin but they are paper thin. What really upset me was I ordered a queen to go on my son's full size bed and it barely covers the top of the bed. It is definitely not the right size nor is it worth what they charged for it. I was getting emails daily from them until I contacted them with my complaint. The emails have stopped with no response about my complaint with getting a twin size quilt. You also don't get pillow shams with your quilt, you get two paper thin pillow cases that a flat pillow can barely fit in. Very disappointing to do business with this company. Honest advice would be to not order from this scam of a business.
