I thout the blanket would be heavier. The amount of time it took to receive it was 2mts. Totally not worth the wait! 2mts was ridiculous

They literally stole my money. They never delivered the item and stopped responding to my support emails. This is a scam.

One of our worst online purchase experiences! To begin with, we were sent the wrong size but the biggest complaint was the quality. We received a VERY thin blanket and I would have paid between $20-$30 max. We are afraid to ever put this in the washer because the stitching is really bad. Super thin material with minimal stuffing. Since this is shipped from Hong Kong, there is no way to return this unless you pay to return it to HK. It would have cost me around $50-$60 to return it. They offered us a 20% refund, which was too low. When we tried to dispute this through Paypal they declined to accept our claim. Our mother purchased from them as well and was sent the wrong size. They say the design was in the USA but everything else was from over seas. If they want to sell in the US they should have a place here where returns can be sent. BUYER BEWARE!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very low quality products. Paid for a large sherpa blanket, only to receive a smaller size flimsy fleece blanket. Contacted their "customer service" to no avail- Would not have paid even 20% of the price they asked for that blanked. Will never buy from these crooks again.

I ordered a set of black out bear print curtains for a 130$. The pictures on line show a high quality print. The curtains I got were like cheap tent nylon and the print was distorted. I ordered the curtains February 1, 2022 and cancelled the order on Feb 24, 2022 because of the long wait. They shiped them anyways March 8, 2022. They are refusing a refund. This company is a scam.

I ordered some bedding and when I got it, it was unbelievable! The pattern was not even close to the picture on their website. When I contacted Cozzyhomes the told me that it was delivered and if I had any other questions to contact their customer service dept.!!!! I'm out a lot of money and I'm going to look everywhere to give them a bad review.
