This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Cozy Earth. Their pajamas are the best! They are so comfortable and fit so well. With this order, the carrier marked the package delivered in my mail box on 10/13/2026 at 7:18 pm. Nope, no package. I sent customer service a notice that my package had not been delivered. I received a quick response, telling me that sometimes the carrier marked the package delivered before it was actually delivered. They told me to be patient and that if the package had not been delivered in 48 hours to report back. Fortunately, the package was delivered the next day. I'm a happy customer.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent order. When I opened my package, I noticed a tear in the sheet. I took pictures and emailed your customer service team to report the issue. They responded right away, gathered the necessary details, and handled the situation fantastically. The sheets themselves are incredibly soft, and thanks to the great support I received, I will definitely be ordering from Cozy Earth again in the future.

Wow! I am so impressed as always with Cozy Earth. I love the quality of their products. I have pillows, sheets, and Jammies. Recently, I submitted a warranty request on a Sunday and didn’t expect a response until Monday or Tuesday. They responded and managed my claim within 30 minutes!!! Crazy amazing support. You not only pay for quality but confidence in knowing you’ve made a safe and secure investment in a good nights sleep.

There was an issue with the order and they quickly and easily resolved it. Soft and silky product, we are very happy.

Cozy Earth is the only company we buy bedding from for 5 years now, and we live in Canada Toronto. The quality of the bed sheets is the best! Lately I found out their customer service is first class too!
