I’ve read so many good reviews about the comfort of Cozy Earth’s pajamas and as someone with eczema I had to try them. The material is lovely, but the seams and tags are just as scratchy as any other pajamas on my highly reactive skin. I cannot recommend them for people with skin as reactive as mine. Cozy Earth asked me to write a review, which I did, and I wrote what I am writing here and clicked the do not recommend button, at which point my review would not go through. I now believe there is a reason there are so many glowing reviews on their site.

The products from Cozy Earth are very comfortable. I have been a regular customer, spending well over a thousand dollars over several years. This year, however, the advertised rate bait and switch is unethical. The prices listed (on numerous products, over numerous days) were low and attractive, but when I put them in my cart, the prices changed drastically upwards. I cleared the cache, logged in again - same issue. The concerns and examples I sent to customer service were completely disregarded and there has been no response in three weeks. It will be a long, hard decision for me to purchase from Cozy Earth again because of this. There are other organic similar products out there that will win my business next time - because of my ethical concerns.

I love aspects of this store and dislike others. I just had a $900 order and my experience... Love: Some of the items are incredibly comfortable! Some also fit well. Sheets are sooo soft! We haven't tried them yet but really looking forward to it. Packaging looked nice on arrival. Dislike: 2 of the shirts fit very poorly, despite being my standard shirt size and despite other styles of shirt in this size from them fitting well. I went to return them, and for a $80 return I was charged a $10 handling fee. Really?? IMO shopping online should include a standard ability to return items for no charge. I will not be ordering anymore clothing from this store because of this.

Thought they were going to be the best. They feel great. They fit great, except in the waist. It’s not comfortable. Why do they sew in a thick elastic band and have a drawstring the elastic band made it uncomfortable. Sadly I will not purchase these again. I don’t want to feel the elastic when I’m relaxing

They were a little thin for how much they were. I ended up sending them back. Am going to try the sheets though!

I made two purchases at Cozy Earth and had to return items from both orders. I thought it would be ok to ship all items together in one box and put the 2 order slips in the box. This was wrong. They initially go by the printed labels used to ship back items. There should be a separate shipping label for each order. Because I only used that one label I was only refunded for one item of one order. I contacted Cozy Earth....and a little over one month later, I have been refunded for both orders a total of 5 items. Thank you Cozy Earth customer service people. However they charge to return items, i paid about $14.00 to return a shirt and paste. Originally paid $168 , refunded only $154. Lesson: don't buy it if you're not sure you want to keep it.

I purchased a set of Cozy Earth linen sheets in March 2023. I loved them for a week -- and then I washed them. The top sheet shrank by over 20% as did the pillow cases (which turned out to be envelope shams -- who uses shams for pillowcases?). I left a review on the site, noting that I washed them in cold water exactly as directed, and received an email from the company questioning that. ("If you washed them as directed, this shouldn't have happened.") My review has now disappeared from their site. Today, after just four months, I noticed a small tear in the bottom sheet. (Compare this experience to the Italian linen sheets I had for *seven years* before they started wearing out.) The sheets do not live up to their billing, and every time I make the bed I am reminded of how much money I wasted buying them.

Ordered three items, they took 10 days just to ship them out and I received them a couple days later. Quality is great but one of my items was wrong. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service for a few days now. I sent them photos of everything I received and tags/packing slips because they asked me to. They still haven’t resolved anything. Would like to just have the item that I paid for but customer service isn’t very responsive or helpful. Would give 1 star but I do really like the items that I ordered and actually received. Great quality and the material is so soft. EDIT: updating my review to three stars because customer service did end up resolving my issue and I do love the quality of the items from Cozy Earth
