In the past I have purchased Cozy Earth sheets that are made from 100% viscose from bamboo and they are wonderful. These sheets are a mix of 70% viscose and 30% linen, and they are rough in comparison. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it was a final sale until I went to return them. Live and learn I guess. I’m going to donate them, hopefully someone will like them.

Hi Sarah,
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the linen bamboo blend! We do sell both the linen bamboo and the regular bamboo (100% viscose from bamboo) sheets! We apologize if there was a mix up in what product was being ordered and what you had ordered in the past! We hope that you will try other products in the future, as we value your feedback!
Stay Cozy,
Ashlyn

It’s very strange but the top sheet…
It’s very strange but the top sheet seems to be extra wide. I have another set of the same sheets that don’t have this issue, which lets me know it was a mistake and not the sizing of the set. It’s disappointing to spend so much on sheets and have an issue like this

Wanted to Love These But Poor Quality
I wanted to love these. They are soft and comfortable. However, after only one wear and a delicate wash/hang dry, there is a snag in the material and one of the side seams is pulling out. I am truly disappointed in the quality of these, especially at this price point.

We are so sorry that your sheets have snags! Please contact our customer service ([email protected]) and they can help you get a replacement! We have a wonderful warranty policy that comes with your purchase!

Several hidden fees
Hidden fees. Cozy Earth has several hidden fees that they don't make very clear upfront. Firstly, they charge a "shipping protection" fee. Technically, you can opt out of this, but it's a bit confusing to do so and they send up a ton of warning messages (including a text message). I'm not sure why this fee is necessary when most shipping companies cover the cost of lost packages these days. It feels like a scam given how hard the company is pushing it.
Additionally, if you want to return anything, they say it's "free returns", but they charge a ~$12 return handling fee. I didn't realize this until I went to return something because it didn't fit and was very disappointed. Most retailers that sell clothing at this price point (especially maternity clothing) don't charge this type of fee when you return something.
This experience left me overall very disappointed.

Hi,
We appreciate your honest feedback with us today. As you did mention that shipping protection we offer, is an optional choice upon checkout. Thank you for bringing up potential confusion, I will look into this and make sure we get it all cleared up. If you ever feel you were charged unfairly, please reach out to customer service. Our customer service team will do all they can no matter what to help you if a package is lost or damaged.
As for the returns fee, I am certain we do not have anywhere on our website that says returns are free. However, if you ever feel that there is good reason you should not have been charged the handling fee, again, please reach out to our customer service team who would be more than happy to look into this for you and do all they possibly can to help you.
Thank you and if you have any additional issues or questions please feel free to reach out.

Not happy
(These orders were made in April & May of 2023. I know it's a year ago, but I thought you should know.)
We bought a set of sheets, and a comforter. It was a great deal from GMA Steals & Deals. The sheets pilled right away, after a washing or two. Those little 'piles' were rough to the touch! We got rid of the sheets, we were that disappointed!
The comforter came rolled up, so when unrolled it was very wrinkled. I contacted customer service to see if there was something I could do to un-wrinkle them. (I did spray it lightly with water and even tried a cool iron, to no avail.) Customer Service said after a FEW washings the wrinkles will get better (!?) I wasn't going to wash it multiple times, while brand new, to see if the wrinkles came out. So then I bought a duvet cover w/sham pillow cases, thinking I could cover the wrinkles. I washed the duvet a few times, as that came wrinkled too, but I wasn't happy with the look of the duvet: A bit messy looking for my taste.
So, sorry to say, we were very disappointed with our purchases. The color selection was nice, but will not buy again.

Hey Barbara,
Thank you for reaching out with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had gone through this experience with the wrinkles and the pilling. We aim for the highest form of quality in our products.
We also inform our customer service team to not suggest to customers to wash the comforters to remove any wrinkles. We inform them to let customers know they should be using lightly a hot iron with steam and that gets wrinkles out. I will make sure that every customer service team member is aware.
That being said as well, all of our bedding products do have a 100 day return/exchange window. This is out of that window, but in the future if your order is in that window you are welcome to process a return or exchange.
Thank you again for the feedback and we will look into this all that we can on our end.

Does Customer Service even exist?
Their Customer Support team leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know if they are understaffed or just don't have the IT infrastructure (i.e., adequate email?) to handle the number of claims. Followed up to an email they sent me regarding a warranty claim three separate times, with no response. Proceeded to use the Chat functionality and wait for 20 minutes for someone to get on and tell me they never received the emails and to resend the email (which does not make a lot of sense if the issue is not receiving emails in the first place). I proceeded to send them a screenshot of my sent emails and asked them to check in with their IT group as it seems to be a CozyEarth problem, not a customer problem. Still no response...
On a related note, this will be third duvet cover we've gone through in just as many years as each have ripped in the washing process, even after following the Cozy Earth washing instructions. We have other brands of cotton duvets on our other beds that have lasted for years without issue.

We took a chance on the linen blend…
We took a chance on the linen blend sheet set. They were on final sale and now that I have them, I suspect as to why. The quality of the sewing and construction is terrific. Our problem is the softness of the fabric. We have washed them four times and they still have a roughness that makes our sleep less than ideal. The set has softened after washing some, but not sure they will achieve the softness desired.
Our parents have the bamboo sheets and love them. Having slept on them during a recent visit, they are great sheets. In hindsight, we should have purchased that product instead. The linen blend is a bust. Invest in the bamboo sheets.

Placed an order with overnight shipping… still nothing.
Placed an order with overnight shipping for Christmas presents. Bought sheets and a few items from CE because it was before the cutoff date to arrive with standard shipping 12/21. But my order still hasn't shipped. Ordered and paid for ovwrnight air shipping. No alerts rhat its not shipping etc. So now empty boxes for Christmas...? Ridiculous.
