ZERO STARS! ⚠️ Warning: Do not pay for expedited shipping with Cozy Earth. I paid $98 for a product and $58 for overnight delivery. They didn't hand the package to UPS until 5 days after I ordered. A week later, I have neither the product nor my money. When I called, they blamed UPS — which is a lie. UPS never had the package until day 5. That's a Cozy Earth fulfillment failure, not a UPS problem. The rep refused to leave her script, refused to take accountability, and sent me through a hoops-jumping exercise to even pursue a refund I'm clearly owed. I paid a premium specifically because quality and convenience matter to me. What I got instead was a failed delivery, a dishonest excuse, and $156 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I wanted the product AND my money — I got neither. Dispute it with your credit card company if this happens to you. And save yourself the headache — shop somewhere else.

These sheets are NOT COOLING WHATSOEVER. WAY OVERSOLD AND TO GET A REFUND, YOU MIGHT AS WELL PULL OUT ALL YOUR HAIR. BUYER BEWARE

I returned 3 items but only received a refund for 2 of them. I have sent 2 emails to their support team, but have not received a response or my money. Worst customer service experience I've had.

BUYER BEWARE - This company has the worst customer service - read the reviews. Good luck getting all of your paid for items.

In my last review the cozy earth team commented with an email adress for customer service. I emailed them the same day January 26th. They have not responded to my email. Proving my point about thier lack of customer service. There are similar quality sheets for less money out there. Im sure there is better customer service too.

Update: issue resolved swiftly I would give zero stars if I can. I ordered a sheet set for my Airbnb home when the package arrived. It only had the flat sheet in it. I contacted Customer Service right away. They gave me the total runaround and would not allow me to send the item back for my full refund. I have spent hours wasted on this issue from their error working with some outsourced Asian Customer Service that is awful. returns are literally impossible!!! feels incredibly shady and I’m willing to write reviews and shout this from the rooftops. Talked with a supervisor named Ryan who did nothing. Update: I did receive a reply back from the company, and I have been allowed to return the item that I did receive. I will wait to see if my refund is processed and if they’re able to handle that expeditiously will update once I know.

I bought the bamboo sheet set and the pattern that I liked was overstock. The sheets started pilling in multiple places after just a week of sleeping on it. I submitted a warranty claim for a replacement which was approved, but then they canceled my replacement because the item was overstock and not eligible for a warranty claim. An overstock item (that I still paid over $200 for) shouldn’t mean a lower quality item. They clearly don’t stand by their product, and I don’t recommend the product or the company. Very disappointing.

Spent $70 (plus shipping) for the bamboo fitted sheet. On the 5th night, I noticed it felt rough and discovered significant pilling. In the first week of use! Quality is dismal and returning the sheet costs an $11.99 restocking fee. STAY AWAY from this fraud of a company.
