The quality of the bedding products were excellent however the shipping process was poor. I was unaware at the time of my order it was going to take a month to receive my order. Communication of the shipping timeframe and the length to receive was inadequate.

Site wide sale? Not exactly. Double check your cart prices. Some colors apparently cost double to make? Ridiculous. Bamboo sheets are definitely worth 250$. Definitely NOT worth 440$. Hunters reply is incorrect. Their site wide sale does not extend site wide. The same sheets vary in price by color. My review is a warning to you all. They are gouging on prices. I say again. They were worth $225. But they are not worth $450.

We have the sheets, duvet cover and duvet and all of them are great in the dead of winter in upstate NY but if the weather is above 60 they store the heat of 1000 suns. The care instructions would take you a full day if you followed it exactly but they always come out extremely wrinkly regardless. They are very durable and good quality so if you are a sock wearing sleeper and don't care about wrinkles, these are the sheets for you.

The sheets are ridiculously priced. I bought a fitted sheet and two pillow cases. The sheets are nice, but not exceptional. The problem for me was the obscene amount of packing... the sheet and the pillow cases each came in their own little cotton satchel with tie... an incredible waste of material and expense for a brand that tries to pass itself off as earth-conscious.

I want to love the pajamas I bought, but when "they" arrived I received only the top. I emailed customer service and was told that the pants were out of stock and did I want to wait a month until they were back. I am waiting but wish the website had informed me that the pants were backordered. If they had I'd have ordered something else.

Fast shipping! However, even after a good wash, the linen sheets are soooo scratchy. I would opt for bamboo next time.

I bought this robe to replace a Pottery Barn robe I’ve had for years. Upon arrival I was very impressed. Very soft, thick but not too heavy. I purchased an XS. It was definitely oversized but I knew it would shrink a bit after washing. I followed the instructions on how to wash and dry. What I wasn’t expecting was how much it shrank in length. The sleeves are now way too short, and it’s now knee length. Width is still ok, but I can’t get over the sleeve length. I’m 5’6 and 130lbs for reference. Had I known it would have shrank this much I would have hung it up to dry.

I ordered the sheet set and they weren't for me so I shipped back and Cozy Earth was great on issuing a refund. I tried to order pajamas in the sale and all colors were sold out. I guess Cozy Earth wants me to use my refund for a full price order?
