Ordered the bamboo linen duvet cover after hearing and reading how soft cozy earth was. I was disappointed that the style I ordered was not silky smooth and soft on my skin in fact a bit scratchy especially on my face. It was on final sale so unfortunately cannot return. Probably won’t buy again from this company.

The sheets are really comfy. I’ve bought 2 sets now. However, I have to question the quality as one flat sheet’s seam split within the first 2 months of purchasing. This is really disappointing given the price for such low quality seam work. Sheets from Target and Walmart have held up better than these. It’s been 2 months, and I’m still waiting for a final resolution from customer service. Ultimately the sheets are worth it if you don’t find yourself with the misfortune of a dud sheet/ in need of customer service help. Hoping my sheet set was a one off fluke.

I purchased the eye mask because I knew the fabric would be ridiculously soft, which it is. I wish it were a little bit wider, because if it shifts even a tiny bit, it lets light in. The mask, on my head shifts quite a bit because I’m a side sleeper. Also, the band is a little big…wish it were smaller/tighter.

I purchased a full set and the top sheet is way too wide. I do not tuck my sheet in on the side and it hangs way below my quilt. It also is very long which I like as I tuck my sheet in on the bottom and like the extra length. I love the sheets but will need to return them.

The sheet is very soft but so very thin. It does not take away the heat like I thought it would. Very disappointing for such an expensive sheet. That is all I ordered.

I didn’t want to write a review until I heard from the company. However, I’ve reached out twice now to get their attention to the fact of a king size sheet set I bought. I bought around $1,000 worth of items based off what some friends experienced and am very disappointed for it to be over a week since the 1st time I connected to the company via email with pictures of holes, so many after the second wash of the sheet set. I then was contacted via text to buy more and explained my issue to the person who texted me and why I wouldn’t buy anything as I was waiting her back from the company on what they’ll do. The person explained they connected with that division of the company and they’ll be reached out to fix the issue. It’s now been too many days since that text communication and crickets. I don’t have time or energy to keep trying to reach out for a sheet set that once washed twice, maybe three times at most washed…. received not one, not two, not three, not four, but so many holes I’m floored at the quality being so cheap. I’ve so far after almost a month had no issues with the other items, but wonder how long they’ll last? I’ll write another review if this gets resolved, but it shouldn’t take an customer more than once connecting to a company with an issue and waiting for more than at least a week maybe two since I initially made them aware there was an issue. Okay, I wanted to edit my review because I definitely was heard immediately and appreciate it. I haven’t put the new bedsheet on yet. However, I’m quite appreciative that I received the new bed sheet pretty quickly. I actually may have messed-up when I was asking for help as well originally. I’ll continue to edit this post after I put on the new fitted king white bed sheet today. I received the replacement one within a week. I’m just changing bedding today. To be continued and increasing their stars to three now from one.

Bought quite a few things in the last few weeks. Too early to tell if the quality will hold over time. Linen bamboo covers and sheets seems okay but let’s wait and see. The Nantucket bath sheet won’t be lasting long I’m afraid. Shocking to see that items sold 130$ for 2 don’t even include the small piece of string allowing to hang it on a hook. The weight of the bath sheet on a hook does damage de fabric.

I ordered and received one waffle weave top and two pair of pants. I was impressed with the quality and fit. However I ordered and expected bamboo fabric. These feel plastic (polyester) and will not let my skin breathe. I usually look for cotton or linen for summer. I wanted so much for this fabric to feel like breathable bamboo that I have purchased in the past. Upon arrival, the tag said 30% polyester. These pants will be useful in the winter.
