Judging from recent reviews, it sounds like others have had similar problems with Cozy Earth products and customer service. I paid a lot for a robe which is falling apart before I’ve even worn it. One pocket on the front is sewn on about four inches lower than the other. The fabric belt is all twisted and the inside seams are unraveling after just one washing. I thought Cozy Earth was a reputable company, and I trusted their claim about offering a 10 year warranty. I filed a claim a week ago and have gotten no response, so now I’m worried I’m going to be stuck with an expensive robe I can never wear.

I have not received my order! It was a Christmas gift and needless to say they did not get it. I will be requesting it be sent or a refund. Not happy at all!

Bought a loungewear set as a holiday gift. Order placed at beginning of December, email said a shipping email notification would follow. When none did, after almost two weeks, I emailed to follow up. Suddenly, within a day, I received a shipping notice. Product arrived in a few more days. As soon as I opened it, I saw a huge flaw (discoloration) front and center of the top. It was obvious it should never have been sent out. It was unwearable and definitely ungiftable. I called to see if a replacement could be sent in time. Not possible - my size/color was out of stock. Requested a refund, but I would have to pay return shipping. I requested a supervisor, which ended up with my shipping being paid by them. Anyway, poor order management (what if I never emailed them), poor quality control (sending a clearly visibly damaged product), and poor customer service (without my advocating I would have had to pay shipping to send back something that was obviously damaged and no one would purchase/wear). Will never shop there again. Especially not for a gift. Not a trustworthy vendor. Giving 2 stars because at least I got my money back.

I’d give the company 1 star but I’m giving an extra star because the products are so soft and luxurious. That being said, I haven’t encountered such poor customer service in a long time. I placed an order with 8 to 10 day shipment. Two days later I was alerted that a label was made. On the 12th day (this includes weekends so of course not 12 business days) I went to check on the shipment to see where it was. It still only stated a label had been created. I reached out because this was concerning as there were no new updates on the order. I was told that it was in transit just delayed. I pointed out that no where did the tracking say in transit, it had one update and that was that a label had been created. I was told again that it was on its way, clearly the person helping me was not actually looking ay any details and given a script to read. I was then told that I would have to wait until the end of the 10 business days of shipping to actually do anything about the clearly lost products. At that point they would try again or refund me, delaying my shipment by another who knows how many days. I have since then placed an Etsy order, they messed up and they had it fixed and mailed the second product out to me already. I’ve ordered several other products from companies all over the United States, and not big companies but small businesses, at least a week after placing this order and have received all of them. I wish big companies would provide the costumer support of those smaller businesses working tirelessly to back their products.

Bought the ribbed joggers on final sale. I paid close attention to the size chart, and was confident there would be no issues because of the elastic waistband. Boy, was I wrong. Super bummed to have spent $70 on a pair of pants I can’t use. They were way too small. I am always a size 4 & the size small gave me an ugly muffin top. Not what I look for in a leisurewear. Customer service was not sympathetic. I know final sale is risky but I didn’t anticipate such a bad disparity with the size chart.

Women’s socks pill and catch all kinds of debris. Third washing and they are falling spear and have list their softness. Run from these.

Shipping delay. I was prompted to complete a review, but have not yet received my order. I expect I’ll like the sheets when they arrive, unfortunately the shipping time is much longer than advertised at the time of purchase. I purchased a set of sheets for a guest bed, excited to host my guests in such a comfortable bed. Very disappointed the sheets did not arrive prior to my guests.

So sad, loved the look and feel at first, despite the compressed wrinkles. Threw it into my over capacity front loader for 10 min. Came out with weird lines across the fabric and a hole with feathers spewing out. Such a great idea with very bad execution. Disappointed
