I placed an order in December for a fitted sheet and matching pillow cases. They both began to pill after one wash/use along the striping. I sent in for the warranty for both pieces and still have no heard anything back from the company. I may change my review at a later time if they ever respond to my warranty request. However at this time I would not recommend.

Thin and stretchy, inexpensive look and feel
I bought the driftwood color in the king size sheets. The feeling of the sheets, thin and flimsy, the stitching very basic, the fitted sheet at first didn't stay on the corners, the top sheet feels like it keeps stretching, not holding it's size and shape. They are cool to the touch, but they feel inexpensive and very thin, showing every wrinkly. Not crisp and cool, just thin and wrinkly with too much stretch. Not worth the high price, disappointed.

Last year I bought probably 6 sets of their joggers including one set of the Bamboo and one amazing cuddle blanket . First things first all the videos you see about these incentives reviews about how their sets arrive in a nice zipped canvas bag well not true. None of my 6 sets ( 2 men sets and 4 women sets ) arrived in a canvas bag , they all came in cheap plastic bags. Sizing wise they all run really small and really short. It says oversized fit but if short and tight is the new oversized well I don’t know. My husband is skinny , tall and he wears Medium in all athletic brand like Lulu and Alo ( from where he buys all his hoodies and joggers) . All the medium sizes I got him are small , the hoodie is ridiculously short and small . 1 I was able to exchange for him to Large ( first time in his life to wear L) but the other one was no exchanges or refunds . We didn’t want a refund just a bigger size and as many reviews say their customer service is not the best . The entire City Scape Collection Men and Women run VERY SHORT and VERY SMALL . Moving to the bamboo set I am 172 cm and I had to purchase the joggers in tall for the length . I usually get all my Accolade from Alo in M and I listen to the reviews and got this Bamboo top in L and it is short and runs small definitely. Overall I do not recommend their clothes or if you have a chance to try theme on in store is better . Quality wise they just feel like any other brand out there trying to tell you their stuff is the best. All in all average quality overpriced. The Cuddle Blanket is a different story , I love it I think you will not find a better one elsewhere so I highly recommend the blanket .

Great Projects a Ridiculous Concept
UPDATE: I increased their star to two because a few of their products are good. Review: I'll keep this short. Cozy Earth sells bamboo apparel and bedding. Not all bamboo products are created equal, Cozy Earth sells bamboo products (as well as a fw others ) and the quality is very good. It's also so overpriced that they must rely on marketing, gimmicks, scarcity tactics, "sales", codes (that cannot be combined and thus are very hard to use) and membership because who doesn't love to pay to shop? One very odd gimmick they have is "We Made Too Much Sale." No, they did not make too much, they charge too much its not a supply constraint its the fact that there are other companies that also have high quality bamboos without feeling like your spinning a wheel on Temu. Spoiler: The point of these sales is simply to get you on their site. Once your are there it turns out that they made "too much" of one specific color only available in the "crib" size. This is the emergency you texted me 4 times about? I have no cribs, no babies. Sometimes one color that nobody would want is avaible in toddler size and occasionally in twin size. But it's not even a great deal. Membership is $149 and valued at $960. Before you buy keep in mind that bamboo pants- not the most flattering. Also, if you were not shopping for them in the first place is it really valuable? The credit is helpful and the 20% back is good but the system is designed to constrain you. Every month you get $35 but again it's a code and then so are your credits and you can't combine them. Sales are constant and can reach 50% but will require a code. You can't combine codes you have to buy at least 3 things to get the best price and you're working with such high starting prices. What if they just sold things as a normal price. Their sheets- great, duvet covers great, inserts- not a smart buy. The Best Buy is the throws, the Cuddle and Bubble blankets are off the charts the best you can find. I have tried so many brands they are the best. Recently the quality has changed. Beware of darker colors on the Bubble blanket its not as soft. The polyester strands are smaller and darker dyes decrease the softness - stick to cream for the bubble. The cuddle is consistent across all sizes. Their return policy is excellent, but keep you original bags. Perhaps the thing that worries me the most is their packaging. It's too extravagant. It's a red flag that you are not paying for the right thing. Unless you love tote bags with zippers (and need many) they are spending your money on packaging. I vote for you to lower your prices and just use regular packaging. No more Oprah. I love her shes a great person but it's enough. Yes one year it was one of her favorite things. Oprah likes a lot of things though and Oprah doesn't mind paying $375 for King sheets (which are supposedly retailing for $536 (where?) but are 30% off and you can sort of justify it but here's the thing. By month three there isn't much else to buy. You have to order at least 2 times per month if you want to use your benefits and 3 items each time to maximize the discount and after you have bamboo sheets and duvet covers and inserts maybe a robe there is nothing else to buy. What about an actual Quilt? What about some other fabric types? Even a bamboo quilt would be nice. Inventory is really hard for them to manage. They keep running out of thing and then don't restock for a very long time. Their products are made in China which is to be expected - Amazon does many of their deliveries so it's usually fast. Customer service is excellent but they don't actually help with the bigger problem which the whole model is really about marketing and not quality bedding. They have some great products but are in this trap of relying on influencers and promo codes and I don't know about you guys but sometimes I just want to buy what I need without figuring out some kind of algorithm just to get a decent price. I love their products, they don't need any games, people don't want to have to play.

Worst customer Service with a smile
They are suppose to be known for the their customer service until your package never arrives. My package never arrived and they told me that they would send me a new package but I can never exchange or return and that I won't be able to utilize the warranty. I also paid extra for package insurance and yet this was how I was treated when my package was lost. I went back and fourth with them and they continued to act Sympathetic, but wouldn't give me any warranity. I asked for a refund as I spent 700 on three sets because of all the good reviews and we have several bedrooms and I have NEVER tried Cozy sheets, still... somehow this lost package was now my issue... and no matter what I was stuck with these sheets I have never tried. It's the worst customer service with a smile... but read between the lines. Anyway, got the sheets... they're thin and nothing amazing. Wrinkles quick. Very similar to other bamboo sheets and tencel sheets which I tend to use. So what is the hype?

Loved these out of the bag
Loved these out of the bag, and think that they feel wonderfully comfortable on. HOWEVER, I followed the washing instructions and am very disappointed in how they come out of the laundry. Such a bummer…

Cozy Earth has changed their sheets quality and it's not luxurious anymore.
I have an older set of cozy earth sheets I bought in 2019. We loved them from day one. They were breathable and buttery soft. Logo embroidered on the corner. Beautiful and quality. Everyone loved them so I thought I'd purchase a pair for my in-laws, parents and daughter and me and my husband. Everyone was so thrilled to receive the sheets but once we all put them on out bed we quickly realized they are not at all the same. First off the texture went from buttery, smooth to silky sheen, that sticks to skin and sleeps hot. We were kicking our sheets off all night. Also the beautiful logo tags are now cheap looking and the embroidery is gone. These are not lux at all. I am so embarrassed and disappointed. Cozy earth.. you did us dirty..

Poorly sewn pajamas. Crooked seams and loose threads hanging on product . Very dissatisfied and will not purchase again.
