Signed up for coupon ($50 off). Ordered PJs (“there are only 9 left”), then two days later get a cancellation. Refund excluded shipping (why charge me for shipping if you have nothing in stock to send me?!?). Had to email back and forth. Asked if the coupon would still work on a replacement order. Nope. But, if I emailed they promised to apply the coupon. At this point, I was back with cool jams. Now I’m still getting emails that my order is being processed (it is not - order link takes me to cancellation). So, operations + inventory are a mess at this place.

Ordered a package. Was never shipped. They had me wait four days and then ended up offering to re-ship as final sale and no refund options even though it was their fault that it was never shipped in the first place !! Absolutely insane and absurd and will not be purchasing from here ever again.

The benefits listed as a "Member" are nearly impossible to take advantage of. Free gifts and rewards balances appear to be accessible, but when you use their prompts to access them, they do not reflect in the cart. Terrible interface and deceptive. AI Bot customer service is not helpful. So disappointing. NOT worth the membership fee, even if their products are great. Just pay outright for them if you want them.

I would never buy anything with a restocking fee. Mine was $12 for 100 dollar pjs. The XS was huge so i could not exchange. Do not buy from this company. Instead go to Splendid for softer easier and totally free returns

I never received my shipment. Proof of delivery from courier show it was delivered to a completely different location, which is not my home or a neighbor. I spent days on emailing and on the phone with customer service and various supervisors, who refused to resend the missing shipment or issue a refund. When they finally agreed to resend the shipment, they said the reshipment would be deemed "final sale" and not returnable if damaged, and all warranties would be void. So if I wanted to ever receive my shipment, it would be in whatever condition it arrives (if it ever arrives) and void of warranty. When I asked for a refund, which they refused to issue it. I asked to speak to management above the supervisors who didn't resolve any issues, and their repeated response was "someone will call you back tomorrow" and nobody ever called. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever purchased from.

As a dry cleaning business, we carefully follow manufacturers' care instructions on all items entrusted to us. Unfortunately, after following the care instructions provided for a Cozy Earth comforter, the item was damaged and ultimately ruined during the cleaning process. When we contacted Cozy Earth's customer service team to discuss the situation, we were disappointed by the response. Rather than investigating the possibility that the care instructions may have contributed to the damage, the company immediately shifted responsibility elsewhere. This was especially frustrating because the customer involved is a loyal and frequent Cozy Earth purchaser who invested a significant amount of money in their product. Over the course of our communications, we dealt with three different customer service representatives. Each response appeared to be a copy-and-paste template that failed to address the specific details and concerns outlined in our emails. It felt as though our messages were not being fully read or considered. Customer service is often judged by how a company handles problems when they arise. In this case, we found the lack of accountability, personalized attention, and meaningful communication to be disappointing. We expected a more thoughtful review of the situation and a greater commitment to supporting both their customers and the businesses that care for their products.

Update: they sent me a email with a return label to FedEx valid for only 2 days… I felt abused. There’s no FedEx in my city and I work. Can only go weekends They have dubious return policy contradicting each other within their site. They don’t observe logic with clothes labels. My size small labeled pajamas set came with an extra extra small bras and large pants. The labeled extra small tshirts are quite large too and strange cut. You pay for returns plus a fee for their trouble……

From order to delivery took over 2 weeks and they were not willing to compensate me in ANY WAY whatsoever…. To say the least, the customer is not always right in their mind
