I purchased two sets of pajamas. At first glance they were soft and nice, but upon further investigation they were totally different cuts, quality, workmanship. The elastic waist band on the gray set rolls and twists around itself which is unacceptable for any brand especially a 150 per set brand. The sewing is uneven and cheap, there are jagged freyed and uneven material and stitching inside. The worst though was the shrinkage. Both sets were washed per directions and both shrunk beyond recognition. And I don’t mean it shrunk and with some stretching it was able to come back to size.. no..this went from a M to a XXS. No excuse. To top it off, I’m writing this review on this website because Cozy Earth never published my review.. so their product is terrible quality, insanely expensive, and they doctor their reviews. If you want to spend 300 on 2 sets of pajamas maybe go with Eberjey.

I purchased the sheets in June, and decided to return them because they didn’t fit my mattress, well. I returned the sheets on June 26th, and still hadn’t received my refund at the end of July (even though they state you’ll get it 3-4 business days after your return is processed). I contacted Cozy Earth via the online chat and was told that yes, my return was received, but because they’d been so busy my refund hadn’t been processed. Additionally, the representative said she’d submit a refund request and it *should* be processed in about a week, and I’d get my refund *sometime* after the request was approved. When I asked why it was going to take even longer for my refund to be processed, I was told that they can only process a few refunds a week (I should add that in the middle of this chat, the representative I was talking to disappeared from the discussion for 15 min, and when she came back said sorry for the delayed response, but there was a team meeting!!!). I called BS on this and told the representative I was going to file a complaint with the FTC and consumer protection agencies if my refund wasn’t processed. After that, my refund was immediately processed. I’m not sure why Cozy Earth thinks it acceptable to not process refunds in a timely manner, and then still delay refunding your money even after being contacted. This is a shoddy business practice, and the customer service is terrible. Further, I tried to add a review to Cozy Earth’s site, and it wasn’t published. Cozy Earth is deceiving consumers by only publishing positive reviews.

I purchased the mattress cover, sheets and comforter. They did not work out for us so I returned them per their instructions. They even sent me the return labels. Sent them back on June 16, 2020 and now it’s July 20, 2020 still no credit to my credit card yet. I keep emailing, no response!

These sheets/ duvet insert are comfortable, but if I’m Being Honest they did not live up to the hype on Instagram by influencers and they didn’t live up to the online reviews (I think the reviews are not accurately show). I have had many amazon sheets for $50 and below that have been so comfortable and lasted years. When I upgraded to a king bed I was so excited to invest in high quality bedding. In the meantime I ordered amazon bedding for my queen guest bed and ended up preferring the quality of the bedding in my guest room. This bedding is SOOOO MUCH more expensive and I’m just not impressed. They wrinkle worse than any sheets I’ve ever owned, and they got the fuzzy looking things (that happen to sweaters over time) all over them and the pillow cases and we haven’t even been sleeping on them long. I actually started seeing this happening to my pillow cases after a week and the sheets on week 2. I would’ve returned them but we moved from the west to east coast and I ordered these and had them shipped to a families address well before the move. So it was quite awhile later when we even unpackaged them. I would highly recommend saving your money, not worth it! I’ve made a a handful of bad purchases but this has by far been my worst money spent.
