Buyer beware! Took advantage of their Mothers Day deal 10 days prior to the holiday. After receiving no response for 6 days I contacted the company. They responded that they have a systems error and the item would be shipped in the current week. I asked the item be canceled as I was not confident I would get prior to Mothers Day. They informed me it was to late to cancel but they would give me a discount. After numerous emails back and forth and them stating the item was going to be shipped in the next couple days 3 times. I got the items 4 weeks late. I then was informed the discount would only be $10 or I have to ship the item back. I have received spam text and emails daily. Luckily I ordered the same items from a similar company and received the items in time for Mothers Day. They were much higher quality. Found out they were having "System Issues" for month prior. Please read the reviews prior to ordering, I wish I would have.

They are horrible. Possibly the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. They take forever to reply back. They are so inconsistent. I was told I would receive a refund back to my credit card but instead, I receive store credit. If you try to speak to a representative in the chat room I wish you all the luck.

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS. I just looked through these reviews and it’s so odd to me that there is a long line of 5 star reviews all on May 3rd, sandwiched in between horrible ones :) genius! The worst customer service I have had in years. Actually, their customer service seems pretty non-existent. They truly just do not care. I was targeted on Instagram for their “Mother’s Day” promotion. I ordered my mother what I thought was going to be the perfect gift. Three weeks later and very far AFTER Mother’s Day, cozy earth still hasn’t even shipped my items. After numerous emails and DMs on Instagram, the issue was never handled. I am not one to write poor reviews, but this company deserves every 1 star that comes their way. I even gave them multiple opportunities to make it right, by being understanding of delays and requested free expedited shipping. After all that I have gone through, they couldn’t even respond to offer me something as simple as faster shipping. I wouldn’t recommend cozy earth to anyone. What a poorly operating company!

Horrible customer service I ordered a duvet on May 2. There website says ships with 5 to 7 days. 15 days later and still has as s not shipped. One excuse after another. Will be canceling the order if it’s not shipped in a couple days.

I ordered and paid for two sets of pajamas and a t-shirt on March 18. I have yet to receive one of the pajama sets. The company has not proactively reached out to explain the delays. I’ve had to call twice and still no pajamas! On April 15, I was told my order will come after the April 29. Now, I am being told May 14. The small discount is not really worth the aggravation of having to repeatedly inquire about my order.

I ordered pajamas for my daughter's birthday. I placed the order April 30. After receiving a confirmation number for the order, I have had no information. No tracking other than a link that says order has "partially shipped". What does that even mean? I have reached out via email and called customer service during during their business hours. No email reply and I have been on hold waiting to speak to someone for over a half hour. How does this company get such high ratings on customer service? The product may be good, but the aggravation trying to get it isn't work the high price. I am disgusted.

My package never arrived, which seems to occur frequently with Cozy Earth. Are they incompetent or fraudulent? Either way, steer clear!

The product itself is absolutely amazing! I own multiple jogger sets, long and short sleeve pajamas, scrunchies and jogger shorts. They’re the most comfortable and high quality lounge wear I own. HOWEVER, it took entirely too long to resolve an issue I had with a defective product. I originally purchased jogger pants back in November 2020 and after the first wash it unraveled at the seems. I contacted customer service and they assured me I would receive a replacement product. Fast forward to today 4/16/2021 and multiple emails later I am finally getting my replacement. I’m not holding my breath until it actually arrives. In the business I am in this is completely unacceptable. I am sympathetic to delays especially during a global pandemic but 4 months is insane.
