Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Almost 30 days since my order No status. Cozy earth says shipped. Post office states they are waiting for package from cozy earth. This is ridiculous. I cannot get a response from cozy earth. At this point my items should be free. ORDER #399627 | NOV 25, 2021

Joggers pill badly after 1 washing. Definitely not worth the money.

Customer service is a disaster. My credit card was charged three days ago. They can give no date as to when it will ship. What a scam

They boast sustainability but the process they use to create Bamboo Viscose is toxic - google it and read the articles. USA EPA banned production of Viscose from Bamboo over a decade ago, so companies like this go to other countries for production while still utilizing the same production method which releases toxic fumes and causes central nervous system damage. Placed an order in may. Still has not been shipped. Was told 10 days ago that it would be shipped in a week and that the cargo ship that had to be re routed had been resolved and that my order would get to me soon. They’re still selling the product online and it’s in stock so is everyone else getting their orders but me? Why isn’t it listed as temporarily out of stock? And why have I been charged at order instead of at shipping because now I’ve paid for a product that has yet to even be sent to me. Ive called twice about the shipping updates and thought both times that surely it would be sent soon only to be given the run around. And while they’ve bought more time for themselves they haven’t given me any solid explanation or follow through.

Frustrated Cozy Earth Customer I want to start by saying that I own a lot of Cozy Earth and I do love their products but I don't think I will be ordering anything in the future unless the business practices improve. One of the complaints I have is that can take weeks to months to receive items purchased. For example, my kids ordered me a sheet set several weeks prior to Mothers day and it was more than a month before they even received a tracking number so no gift until well after Mothers Day. My daughter asked for a sheet for her birthday I ordered it weeks ago and have yet to get even a tracking number. I did just recently receive an email stating "unfortunately your order has been delayed" but no estimate on when I might receive the item or explanation why. The email give me a 10% off my next purchase code which is not near enough. This happens almost every time I order and customer service basically non-existent you can never get through not even on chat. Another thing to be aware of is that the products are always 25% off but if you use a promo code then the cost of the item reverts back to the higher price. I had a promo code and I also had a gift card I wanted to use to pay for a pair of joggers. I have resigned myself to that fact I am only getting the discount on the higher price but when I wanted to use my gift card to pay for it. I contacted the customer service representative and was told I couldn't use a gift card with a promo code. What??? My daughter paid cash for the gift card why is this not excepted like cash? If you have Cozy points you can't use those either on the "sale" price or with a promo code. These are just a few examples of my frustrations and I am really disappointed because their stuff is so comfortable. I bet Oprah never had any problem getting her orders. ***Respond to Spencer at Cozy Earth*** My order number is 299363. Thank you for reaching out to me.

Still waiting on Mothers Day gift. It is now June 29. I noticed on the website the items I ordered are in stock. Received a couple of different explanations as to why my order hasn't shipped. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues. Pretty fustrating when I get promotional emails all the time.

I still have not received my ""Mother's Day" sheets that I ordered. I was looking forward to trying out these amazing sheets due to the reviews I read on their website. Unfortunately the ship date listed was 5 weeks ago and I received 1 email that said there was a computer software glitch and my items would be delayed. Finally, I called and was told they were back ordered and were still a month away from being delivered. I understand that there have been orders exceeding there expectations and that the shipping from overseas has been delayed. What I get upset with, is that daily I receive emails from them to order additional products, all promising discounts and deliveries by memorial day, father's day..... I think you need to stop the madness of the discounts and delivery advertising when obviously you are not able to meet these needs. This is just leading to upset customers and will ruin any reputation of the product. When I see a new text or email asking me to buy, it just reminds me I have never gotten the sheets I ordered in April. Order number. 270976
