I like the black cardigan. It’s soft and fits well, but I’m not getting the big deal here. It definitely requires pockets.

I bought the Sunset Slip Dress. I had used a coupon for my purchase. When I received my dress it was two sizes too small. Used the chart and selected a medium. I couldn't get it over my head. The material wasn't silky smooth, like bamboo. It was almost see through. I have bought several things from this company. It's very high end and expensive, but you get what you pay for. It was a problem returning it as I was offered the same dress in another size. I hated the dress, and I didn't want another one. I chose my right size. The sizing was way off. I wear a size 8-10, which is medium. I had to email back and forth. Finally I was sent a prepaid label. I prayed that the package would get there and it did, a week later. I was charged $11.99 for returning it. Honestly, I just wanted my money back. The dress was beautiful but so scratchy. They do have some deals that change when you put it in your cart. You think its on sale and the price jumps back up. I think that is wrong. Thank you. I have been satisfied with Cozy Earth. God bless you. Jesus loves you.

I have two sets of the sheets and truly love them. I will not go back to cotton. I did have a issue with a twin fitted sheet on a set for a king bed. The elastic that fits on a corner of the mattress relaxed to the point of not holding when put on. I had to contact customer service 3 times before I got a response on the issue. I sent pictures as requested 3 times. Finally, I got a response that said I had already had a claim on this order and were only allowed one claim. The first claim was for a tear in the sheet upon receiving them. I quickly responded by telling them that nowhere on their warranty page did I see that you could only have one claim per order. I was instructed to use the order number from another set I had ordered. I did that however, I received a email saying they would honor the first order number I sent. It took a total of 4-5 weeks to get this rectified. I love the product but Customer Service needs help.

I wish I could give a 5 star review but I’m still waiting for my order. 14days now and nothing. I Sure hope someone can rectify this problem.

Great products. Sheets are the best, shirts very soft and comfortable. I’ve gotten the comforters, blankets, etc. However! Customer service is terrible. I’ve now had 2 problems in the past week: i was going to order some things, but every time i put it in the cart, the price was different. I emailed and was told to send screen shots, which i did. Still wasn’t enough and after 6 back and forth emails, i just gave up. Then, there is supposed to be a 5 year warranty against pilling. Went to the warranty site, put in all the info, and pressed Submit- said ther was an “error” One last thing is that they are always running out of supply. I’d say right now 80% is “out of stock”.

For the price of these PJs, the white is super sheer. Unfortunately, I already washed them, and can't return- otherwise I would.

The products are good, even though they are pricey. However the website was horrible, inconsistent prices showing up in the cart. I will never waste my time ordering online from this website.
