I bought my wife an expensive pair of pjs from this website. They took my money on November 8th and I still don’t know when they will arrive. Her birthday is less than a week away. What am I supposed to do at this point???

I made the investment for Cozy Earth sheets and they have been nice. However, they are starting to pill after only a few months. Very disappointing after spending this much money.

I purchased a queen sized sheet set several months ago. Right of the package they looked very nice. But after only several washes the fitted and top sheet both have significant pilling. They're quickly disintegrating, and won't last much longer. I'm extremely disappointed and no longer trust the Oprah endorsements. I no longer have the invoice, as I made the purchase a couple months ago.

I could not be more disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase. First of all there is no indication anywhere on the website when purchasing from this company that their products are Made in China. You cannot charge these prices for products that are not made in the US. It’s deceitful to say the least. Because I’m based in Canada I was hit with a 100% duty so it doubled my cost which was already exorbitant for a Made in China products. I was charged over $100 for shipping and because the items came in three different packages I was hit with a brokerage fee each time. I paid over $900 for a mattress cover and set of towels. I am furious that I’ve been had in this fashion. I’m never taking Mark Hyman’s advice again. This company is a sham and not the good quality sham you’d expect from an American linen company. My worst purchase this year by far.

I bought charcoal greay sheet set in March ORDER #553605 , I paid $1061 and they look horrible after 1 use. It had oil stains that won't go, and I askerd for a replacement with white and they won't replace it. Beware of this company and product.

Awful product, and awful customer service. These ‘luxury’ sheets started pilling significantly after three nights. I reached out to customer service and with apologies they said all products were covered under a 10 year warranty and I just needed to file a claim. The claim wasn’t working and when I relayed this to customer service, I was told that products from the warehouse sale weren’t under warranty. What? Why? This wasn’t printed/listed anywhere. Even printed on my receipt was their ‘10 year warranty’. They are scamming people. Knowingly selling defective and low quality products, and not honoring their warranty. They also don’t post any negative reviews on their site and only post 5 star reviews. When they receive a bad review/complaint, they try to put a bandaid on it by throwing the person one of their crappy t-shirts. There’s a reason t-shirts are given away for free at fairs, and events everywhere. They’re not really a prize. Save your money and buy from anyone else.
