I asked someone to call me to explain why my order placed for a Birthday gift has not been shipped. I was told they are working on it and was not given a reason or definitive answer.

I ordered the long sleeve and long pant PJ. It shrank after first wash and dry. The instructions tell you to put in th dryer. DO NOT. At first, I thought they were an honorable company and they offered to make a replacement. I asked for the replacement to be in the next size up so I wouldn’t experience this problem again, which I knew there would be they would not replacements must be the exact style and size. I was told once I receive the replacement, I could exchange for some thing else. So, I tried to do this and was shot down. I decided the only way these PJs would work is if I ordered the shorts and short sleeve ones. They said I could not since this. It was now a “replacement” I could only replace them if they were defective for the exact same ones. See where I am going here? Round and round and round. This is called bait and switch people. Defective and too expensive merchandise that you are stuck with. Don’t believe their warranty or they’re supposed good customer policies, they do not exist.

We loved the sheets, duvet cover and duvet. Unfortunately you use Fed Ex and they charge a brokerage fee to ship to Canada. I was billed hundreds of dollars to ship to Canada. I would love to order more products but it is too much to pay to fed ex. I purchase from other US retailers and don’t have this issue.

They state they have 100% guarantee but they did not. I washed mine as always did for the last year and then they had like burn marks. I sent them photos and they said we don’t cover that. I didn’t wash them differently than I ever have. Spending this amount of money for sheets yearly is bs. I would Never recommend them or their customer service. Do not waste your money!!

The king sheet is so loose and sloppy and the king duvet cover is so large I could fit two king duvets inside side by side. The size just doesn’t make sense. The customs fee was $200 and now return postage and insurance. Canadians need to be aware of the additional costs when ordering U.S. products. This was a huge disappointment and I won’t order from this site again.

I like the product have ordered multiple times.The last time the shipping, taxes ,import fees to Canada were almost as much as the 400$ order. I feel that it should be included at checkout that these fees will apply. I have never been charged before.I suspect that the bamboo clothing comes from China not the US

I finally broke down and ordered the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheet set after my cousin bought a set and thought it was the greatest thing. I don't know what happened between her sheet set and mine, but the quality is HORRIBLE! The sheets are so thin, they are not substantial at all. They also wrinkle like crazy too! The sheets do not look luxurious at all - they look like a cheap jersey knit. I am so disappointed! I don't know how these are endorsed by Oprah. I wrote a review of these sheets and, shockingly, it was never posted on the website. Upon further investigation, there are very few reviews on the site that are less than 5 star. I really feel like the reviews are fake and this company is a scam.
